This mattress is heaven! The mattress I had prior to this was about 8 years old. I kept waking up with a tight lower back and my overall sleep was suffering. I purchased this in December and since then, my lower back pain has gone away. It gives the perfect support and the gel memory foam is so supportive. My boyfriend loves it too! He's 226lb and i'm 155lb and it works for both of us. If you're looking for an affordable luxury mattress then I would highly recommend this mattress. It's not only affordable but it's a quality mattress and easy to transport and set up.

Goodbye Back Pain!

So far has been a great mattress. It is firm but soft, almost a perfect balance. I thought it was going to be too firm when I first started sleeping on it but I was worrying for no reason because I have had the best sleep I have had in years and no longer wake up with a backache. Comes in a box and is very easy to open and get set up. It did smell a little chemically, but has since went away. We use this with an adjustable frame and they work great together.

Great Mattress

This is the second time I've purchased this mattress over the years, and I'll probably buy a third. It's incredibly comfortable – just firm enough, but not too firm, and it's great for people who are side sleepers. I got one several years ago for my queen-sized bed, and I just bought a king-size for my son and his wife for their new home. I'll most likely replace my current king-size mattress with this one in the near future because it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on! Highly recommend!

The Comfiest Mattress Ever!

I got this mattress because it got a great review from consumer reports at an excellent price, but now that I have it, I have to say it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on in my entire life, and I'm 53, and I'm a side sleeper, so that's saying something.

Best Mattress Ever

The first time I laid on this mattress it felt really good on my back. I was even happier the next morning when I found I wasn't as stiff as I usually was when I got out of bed. Now I wake up with no pain or stiffness. I would highly recommend this mattress.

I'm not stiff in the mornings anymore.

The Serta SleepToGo 12" Gel Memory Foam Luxury Mattress is wonderful. I loved the fact that we didn't need a big truck to haul it in since it came rolled in a box. It was packaged very well by the manufacturer. The mattress is so comfortable. On our old mattress, I would wake up whenever my husband turned over in bed. I no longer have this problem. I am sleeping so much better now. I also love the fact that I don't get too warm while sleeping on this mattress. I would buy this mattress again!

Finally A Good Night Sleep

I love this mattress! The best mattress i have ever slept on. Its soft enough that it molds to ur body, but firm enough to keep u from tossing and turning. My complaint on this mattress is my blankets slip off the mattress really easy. It is really hard to turn onto ur side while laying down.

Serta memory foam 12" sleep to go

The mattress comes in a box.... wasn't sure how it works; but, after getting and finally setting up I wish I had bought at the store. The box arrived without any of the wheels to help get it around, also was quite damaged (the box). The mattress is fully compressed and wrapped so it fits smaller than the size of the box; which leave plenty of room for movement when shipping... there is no extra padding or anything to keep the box in shape when shipping.
The mattress is good and the other part that wasn't quite up to snuff was it does take a while to get the mattress (unscrunched) so to speak. They don't say exactly how long, but it has been a week or so and the mattress still hasn't formed itself like in the picture. I'm thinking the one in the picture above was way before they put it into the shrink wrap and vacuum sealed bag.

Went to the store to add a topper to the mattress as a result to get more of a square shape to the bed. Next time I'm going to try browsing and buying at the local Sam's Club.

Good Deal

It's a little too firm for side sleeping, as it makes my hips and lower back hurt if I sleep on my side too long. It's fine for back or stomach sleeping. One side of the bed is already more worn in than the other side after only a month, and I feel like a memory foam mattress shouldn't be uneven like this.

Too firm for my habits

My oldest son bought the 10” and I was happy and satisfied with the one HE bought. So I decided to upgrade my youngest what I thought would be even better, the 12” mattress but the ends took almost 48hrs to fully expand and all the ends go all the way down when u sit down. Not at all what we expected. We will be replacing this one sooner then we thought!
