Have been sleeping on foam only mattresses. Knew we needed a change of pace and this hybrid is just right for us. Firm, bouncy, comfy on top and supported all the way through.

Just what we thought we wanted

Serta

I am so pleased to find a mattress that fits our old water bed wooden frame. We just can't get rid of our old frame that has a beautiful head board with mirrors and glass door cabinets. It may be 50 plus years old but we like it.

My california king size mattress

9 years ago we bought 6 Serta mattresses from SamsClub when we entered our new house.
after 9 years they are all still in good shape beside one that sunk in one area. We called the company and they stood behind their warranty and replaced it with a new one.
This is a company that stands behind their products.
We will buy our future mattresses from them.
Thank you for a great service.

Excellent Matresses and great company service.

I like the service we give . Sam's is the Store we purchase

I like this offer

Firm king size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a free product from Influenster. The delivery and haul away process was super easy. The matress does not have any chemical smell even though it's brand new, which is a definite plus. It is very comfortable and sturdy and doesn't feel too springy or hard even though it's a firm matress. My husband moves a lot at night so a firm matress that doesn't shake along with him is great. Very pleased so far!

Comfort in a shared bed!

Not what I expected

I bought this FIRM mattress Aug.01,2024 and it was awesome!, but then (always a but) after a few months it started to sag in the middle, turning it didn't help. So will be returning it within the 120 night return window and try Serta Hello Dreams instead.

Ok At First

I had high hopes because we love Serta and it had good reviews but I cannot recommend this mattress. My back hurts so much after sleeping on this mattress. I wish I splurged and put the money towards an iComfort like we have in our other room. I thought I would be able to save some money and have less quality/comfort but all it has left me with is back pain. Deeply regret my decision.

It is way too firm. I am not sure where the hybrid comes into play because I can't feel the foam part at all. It's the firmest bed I've ever slept on. It's like a rock.

I had high hopes because we love Serta

Initially a very comfortable mattress but after only 3 months this mattress has a noticeable lumpy hole in the center! User is 130 lb woman.

Very Disappointed
