Select Surfaces Victoria Molding Kit is designed to complement Select Surfaces® laminate flooring - Victoria (990304666 and 990311490). Each kit contains four moldings, each 44 inches in length. These moldings are easy to install and will add the finishing touch to your new floor! T-Molding The main function of a T-molding for laminate flooring is to provide a seamless transition between two types of flooring or floor surfaces of the same height, while also protecting the edges of the laminate flooring. It helps to bridge the gap between the two floors, providing a smooth and safe transition that reduces the risk of tripping or stumbling. Reducer Molding The main function of a reducer molding for laminate flooring is to ensure the transition from the laminate flooring to a lower surface. They reduce the height difference between the two floors or floor surfaces, providing a safety for foot traffic. This can be especially important in areas where the height difference is significant or where the transition is frequently crossed, as it helps to prevent tripping hazards and ensures a more comfortable and seamless experience for those walking across the transition. Common examples are the transition between laminate flooring and vinyl flooring. It is everything you need for floor moldings (other than round molding). I had to replace some moldings around my house as they are chipped and worn in the high traffic area. It was very easy to replace and install. The pattern is random and realistic.

Realized new mounting system needed to be used…..a molded “u” plastic seemed better to work with versus the older metal u channel! In addition the molding male underside was strengthen allowing much easier interface and adjustment to fit length! Very happy with end result!!

Otherwise you could end up wasting time going back and forth from home to the store before you get the right one.

The color is lovely!!

Similar to other moldings from box stores it cuts easily and installation with the included parts (other than nails). Definitely need multiple kits for the perimeter of the room since it covers only a small part.

You know it’s fake plastic cheap stuff from 200 feet away, you catch even a glimpse of it and you’ll feel insulted and ashamed. I’d pass and never talk about it again.
