[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very spacious, i can wash my king comforter and the sheets in one load! There are a lot of options, including super speed which is super helpful when i'm in a hurry or i forgot to wash my kid's Jerseys before game day!

Love it!!

Samsung US

Great washer, better than expected. Better than expected my Maytag. Love the wifi connection.... let's me know when the load is done and when to use the clean cycle. Thoroughly cleans the clothes.

Wifi and clean great combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new washer for a few months now and we really like it. Due to the layout of our house, our washing machine can be heard from our living room. It's been very quiet and does not interrupt TV shows or conversations. It gets our clothes very clean and I especially love the detergent and softener dispensers. The water jet is an extremely useful feature that I've used with every single load. Lots of wash cycles and it even though it can be a bit overwhelming, it's nice to have options based on what you're washing. This is our first Samsung washer and we're very happy with it!

First Samsung washer

Coming from a 3.5 cu.ft Samsung front load washer to this 5.5 cu.ft top load Samsung washer has been a dream change. My wife complained about her back because of having to bend over for the front load, but now is pleased with this top load. I have used it several times as well and it is a joy to use. It's quiet and I appreciate all the features built into it. I especially like the wireless connectivity which lets me know that my load is done since the unit is in the basement and I can't really hear the chime go off. No more damp clothes sitting around until the next day where it has to be washed again!

Having the active water jet feature is nice to have, you don't know it until you try it. Being able to pre soak a stain and then use the water jet to help active the stain remover before it goes into the load is helpful (no more using the bin sink and getting water on the floor while you transfer the item to the washer).

I've used normal wash, quick wash, and bedding / waterproof setting so far and It uses the correct amount of water needed based on the size of your load. It also appears to give suggestions on wash cycle (temp, rinse, spin) based on that load size. I made some corrections but it was pretty good at determining my needs.

My review is based on the model with the impeller.

I have been very happy with all my Samsung products in which I have a several. (65" OLED S90D, 65" The Frame TV, Odyssey G8 OLED Ultra wide monitor , washer / drier, Active 2 watch, and Refrigerator)

Best change from front to top load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second top load Samsung washer. we moved and I loved the washing machine so much that we bought another one. This washing machine is oversized and can fit a lot of clothing inside. The clothes come out smelling clean. The machine is quiet and efficient it gets the job done!!

Must buy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes great and fast. Holds a king size bedspread easily.like that you can fill it with the lid open if needed. Have to keep adjusting the leveling on the feet because of shaking and noise is the only complaint I have

Good features fast wash and holds alot

Khristine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have to wash every load on extra water setting cause it never puts enough water in on every other cycle. It's terrible sounds like it's burning up the motor cause no water in laundry.

Never enough water

The description did not say that there is no agitator! I am very disappointed. When I watch the movement of the drum during the wash cycle, it barely moves the clothes around which makes me think my things are not being cleaned very well. It is quiet like the description mentioned, but I would have rather had a 'nosier' machine with an agitator. If you want/need an agitator in your washer, this is not the machine for you.

Regret this purchase

Maria

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to change the Bedding temperature because my comforter should be dried on a lower temp than the preset. I contacted Samsung and their response was "Bedding cycle is a preset cycle designed to optimize drying performance for bulky items such as comforters and blankets. Because it is an automatic sensor-based cycle, the temperature setting may be fixed and cannot be adjusted manually." I love Samsung appliances, but I know what works best for my laundry. Furthermore, I have found most of the cycles I use have preset temps. Very disappointing.

Preset Temps Cannot Be Changed

Whenny

This machine is a terrible unit. I used to question why it would play a 45 second "celebration" song when it completed a load, but I now realize that successfully completing 1 load with this washer is indeed a monumental task and should be celebrated. The unit worked properly for roughly 6 months, and since that point it has been racked with error codes. I cannot put more than 5 or 6 small items in it without it throwing an unbalanced code or low water pressure code. I have tested the water pressure and it is around 70PSI so that code is not correct. I have also taken the unit apart and cleaned out all of the filters, but still get that code.

It is extremely uncommon for me to be able to do a single load of laundry without having to reset it, remove a few articles, "rebalance" the clothes, or some other maintenance. Any time there is a code, the washing cycle repeats from start, so you are certainly using way more water than you would with a typical "dumb" washer. I just washed a load of regular clothes and had to restart it 4 times. The overall length of time it took to wash this 1 small load of clothes was about 2.5 hours due to the frequent restarts. That is JUST washing, not counting dry time.

I do not recommend this washer and will not buy another Samsung washer again. I will be looking for an old 90s era washer when I finally decide to get rid of this piece of junk, and I suggest you do the same.

Looks nice but looks can be deceiving
