It operates with very low noise and minimal vibration, even during the spin cycle. The machine is very stable and does not move while running. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my old washing machine which was a top brand too BTW made so much noise and sometimes it felt like it was going to bounce right through my floor but my Samsung washing machine is quiet and you can't hardly feel any vibration from it at all I have even questioned whether its running or not the first couple uses and I love how much more clothes it can hold than my only one and the clothes feel so much cleaner when done in this washer it is probably the best washer for the amount of clothes and Blankets we wash around here and all the controls are so easy to use I am only 5" tall and it is perfect for me to use without bending and twisting and hurting my back. I absolutely love it.

Had it a few months. Started off great.. now a few months in its soooo loud.. isn't vibration reduction even in the title?.. with the experience I've had they need to remove that from the description of this product.. I had a tech come out the beginning of this month which was pointless and told me something of the effect that it was because of the foundation of my home.. im not an idiot im aware that washers vibrate to a certain extent.. but this is ridiculous.. Now I still have to say I am a Samsung fan boy and if Samsung will just refund me the initial money spent on this unit I'll purchase another washer directly from Samsung of greater value and I'd be happy to pay the difference

Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure.

I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!

DO NOT BUY

Very dissatisfied with this vender RXO they did deliver the washer and dryer but didn’t install them.
Long story short they rescheduled every day for next day, next day, and next day. They never came to install them, I had to hire someone to come install them. Because I had them for 5 days and they were just sitting in my garage and RXO kept rescheduling my installation and I kept missing days of work. I recommend not to let the delivery guys leave your house without installing your washer and dryer.
