Love that it is energy efficient and all of the different modes more than meets my washing needs.  Even on heavy duty it is very quiet while running.  Very user friendly and easy to use. I used to own a Whirlpool, but I decided to give Samsung a try, and oh my, I can't believe how well it does with my clothes. Outstanding washer

Purchased a new lg couple of years ago and hated it. It was a top load but was a piece of junk. Couldn't hardly get clean clothes clean let alone dirty  farm clothes. Just after one load I  can see this is much better already.

Lots of great features

Apparently the door lock is a common issue so just beware. However, the service tech we had out said that there isn't honestly a brand or model that is better than another these days. Overall, good washer.

Good Washer

Terrible washer. Barely just over 2years old and it's already needing major repairs. Loud knocking on the door. Called support and said it was out of warranty. Their parts are crap. Opened up the machine to find one ofthe screws that holds the drum in place  had broken in half.
