It is an upgrade from a previous Family Hub refrigerator I have for over 6 years and needed change to match the Kitchen. The touchscreen is large, fast and intuitive. 
You can use it to check recipes, leave notes for the family, share family Calendar and connect other services such as cameras (eg Ring) and control settings without opening the door. A big plus is, I can catch up on some shows,  YouTube or the News right in the Kitchen using built in TV channels. 
The capacity is excellent: bulky grocery hauls and party platters fit with room to spare, and the layout makes everything easy to find.
The Flex Zone works really great. I switch it between fridge and freezer modes depending on what I'm storing, and it's perfect for deli trays, meal prep containers, or extra frozen desserts when guests arrive. The built‑in water jug is a small detail that has made a big difference, providing cold, filtered water on demand without cluttering the door shelves. And the dual ice maker means we never run out of ice for drinks or smoothies, even during weekend get‑togethers.

Design-wise, this fridge looks modern without being flashy; it blends with my kitchen and actually draws compliments. A Stylish Powerhouse That Makes Everyday Life Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator did not disappoint!  Each of the top refrigerator doors has a touch pad at the bottom front.  Just lightly touch this sensor and the door opens automatically - really nice when your hands are full.  The 2 bottom compartments are more than enough room for my frozen goods.  1 of the 2 bottom compartments can be used as a flex zone for additional refrigerator space.  The water dispenser and drink area comes in handy where you can open just the front part of the top left refrigerator door without opening up the whole refrigerator door.  There's plenty of drawer space for my fruits and veggies.  And plenty of shelf space including an adjustable shelf for larger items.  I'm able to put quite a few smaller items on the shelves attached to the inside of the refrigerator doors.  The technology is amazing.  The interface on the outside of the top right refrigerator door is user friendly.  I've been able to configure the look and feel of the interface with works of art as well as pics of my family on the cover space.  There are numerous options to choose from concerning backgrounds, colors, clock types, etc….  I also set up the internal cameras to take pics of items being put in the fridge and what is actually in the fridge.  I'm so happy with my purchase!  All of my home appliances are now Samsung products!

Plenty of ice in 2 sizes, and easy access to water pitcher and dispenser.  Durable surface that is replaceable in different textures/colors if damaged or if kitchen decor changes.  We had a prior version of this same fridge which had problems with the ice box, and Samsung helped us get this new fridge -- they were a great partner who stood by us over the years, first repairing and then finally helping us replace the fridge for this improved unit.

Refrigerator was great for the first year. Then the lage cube ice maker side started leaking water inside the fridge a few days out of warranty.  Now the water pitcher isn't filling. Bought this in September of 24. This thing is junk and would not recommend.  Everything I own is Samsung.  I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator and would not recommend them to anyone.
