[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I noticed is how quiet it is.  Cooled off right away.  The true test is how it holds up over time, which I dont know yet.  My previous Hisense got less than 5 years.  Business opportunity:  have Samsung design optional internal organizer bins.  There are generic bins out there that kinda fit, but I bet Samsung engineers could do better.

I rally like it’s sleek look and the color of the stainless steel. We’ve had it for less than a week but so far I like the layout quite a bit and just how clean and blends in so nicely with our kitchen. I kind of miss not having a water dispenser but not the mess it caused as with our last refrigerator. It also holds quite a lot of food in notably fridge and freezer compartments and there’s quite a bit of room left.

Love it’s sleek look

Cooling - there is a different temperature setting for easy side. The temperature is cools as desired on both sides. 
Ergonomics - I really like the indented side door handles. Makes it very easy to open the doors. Inside drawers are easy to pull and push. 
Frost - the freezer side freezes without worrying about frost on the food. There is no humidity in the freezer side. 
Smudge - the stainless steel does not show any smudging.
Entertainment hub - this is the feature that is most impressive. I can connect to the internet and watch videos, listen to music, download numerous apps, watch my ring cameras, enter calendar reminders, jot down notes and connect to Alexa!!

New Samsung Refrigerator - We went side by side!!!

The design is optimized to increase storage capacity in the fridge and refrigerator, it is huge and very well laid out. Very minimal in its approach and styling, very elegant and beautiful. The cooling capacity is awesome, the noise levels are minimal.

Designed to optimize capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge and freezer themselves are fine, very spacious and sleek, but I wish I could control temperature on the device itself vs using an app on my phone. I'm a renter so I wouldn't have chosen the app-centered model for myself, but it's a very spacious and nice fridge/freezer - I like that there are full size shelves all the way to the top of the fridge door vs a butter keeper.

Clean design, not a fan of app for controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a simple sleek clean looking unit without all the frills. This hit the spot aesthetically. Ample space for just me and my dog and then some. Quiet. My only complaint is the ice maker. After four days, there’s barely 1/3 of the ice bucket filled and there’s frozen water puddles dripping behind the bucket. After debating on calling warranty or not, I pulled the unit out from the enclosure and found a kink in the water line. Now I’m trying to see if that was the issue or something else. The temps are finicky. It’s frosting over everything and I am hoping it’s because I have very little in the freezer and fridge because I have not gonna grocery shopping after buying this for a new home I moved into.

Where’s the ice?

My place to take thermometer inside of the refrigerator and the temperature that the refrigerator is reading is not what the temperature of the thermometer that I put inside. This is my third Samsung refrigerator and my last one I had for 22 years. I love Samsung but the durability seems questionable about the new refrigerators. I I'm hoping that this product last as long as my last one.

Temperature does not seem correct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is good for a being a regular with no extra features. Just a normal fridge. If you want more features and cool things this ain't it.  Had it for 4 years. Cools and big but ice machine is slow sometimes.

Pretty good for a regular fridge

I bought it in a super sale, it looks nice but a bit bulky. Temperature is ok and ice production is ok. I thought 28 cu ft would look larger on the inside but I guess for my family size is ok. It makes no noise except when ice is dropping but I guess that is normal. The door does smudge a little but less than other fridges I have owned.
Please consider I have only had it for 1 week.

It is good for the price

After only 1.5 years, my Samsung refrigerator is rusting, yet they refuse warranty service by labeling this corrosion as "cosmetic damage". Other appliances in the same environment show no wear. I am seeking a solution for this, as I believe it is a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear, and I've already tried complaining to them and they are refusing the warranty - they advertise a 2 year warranty but find anything to refuse it
