I ordered the outdoor voices RecTrek Shorts size 10/12 for my grandson and he loves the way they fit, feel and how comfortable they are. He wears them to my community park and plays on the playground on the swings and tumbler.He loves the color blue?

Outdoor Voices RecTrek Shorts

I wasn't sure what I thought about these shorts when I first got them, but my son loves them! He tried them on and then asked if he could keep wearing them. They are an active wear material- smooth on the outside and soft on the inside. I wasn't sure if they would be comfortable- they don't seem to have much stretch, but my son said they were comfortable! They are a little shorter than I would like, but they still look nice. Overall, these shorts met my son's expectations, and he loves them, which is a win for me!

The perfect short for any outdoor activity. The material is durable and will wick moisture away from the skin. There is a zip back pocket that is very nice for any personal preference. 
My son went hiking wearing these shorts and were perfect functional in every activity he in countered in his adventure. I recommend to anyone.

The perfect outdoor shorts

These athletic shorts are high quality material. They are perfect for being in the move. My kid can bike and run in these comfortably. The color is a deep dark black. They have large pockets and an adjustable waistband inside. The material feels thicker and reinforced compared to similar shorts. I recommend these for your active kids.

Great quality active shorts

Shorts came in for my son & he immediately did not want to take them off. They feel cool to the touch they are stretchy nylon , polyester :spandex  . He is a size 8-10 but the 10-12 fit perfect & the length was a good length. Definitely great for outdoor activities.

Outdoor Voices Boys RekTrek Shorts - I got these in black, size large, and they're hitting all the right marks for my kiddo. The fit's great - not too baggy, not too tight. Perfect for running around, playing sports, or just hanging out.
The quality's top-notch too. We've washed these a bunch of times already and they're still lookin' fresh - no fading, no weird shrinkage. The material's breathable and dries fast, which is a must for active kids. 
My kid loves wearin' 'em for everything from soccer practice to playing at the park. They're comfy, versatile, and hold up like a champ. Would definitely recommend the Outdoor Voices Boys RekTrek Shorts - they're a solid addition to any kid's activewear rotation! 👍

Perfect shorts with great quality

These are my son's new favorite comfy shorts!  These shorts give the appearance of a dressier short with the comfort of gym shorts!  Stretch waist and material make these a go-to for those occasions when you want them dressed a little nicer, but your child is resistant to anything without a stretch!

Great comfy shorts without the gym short look!

First, I have a pretty picky 10 yr old son and he 100% approves of these shorts (a miracle!). As a mom, I love they can be dressed up or down. The material is unlike anything I'm familiar with and gives these shorts an elevated athletic look/feel. Guidance on sizing, my son just turned 10 (80 lbs)so in between a medium and a large depending on the brand. He is wearing a size large, which worked great for him (and still gives him room to grow).

Seems nicely made but they are a sort of parachute material that is stiff and makes a crinkly sound when you move. These are not a tech short/running short material. My son did not like how they felt - returning.
