Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my washer dryer combo. It fits perfectly in my wash area. It’s quite, but plays a little tune when the load is finished. And it’s WiFi ready and I can start a load from my phone if I’m away from home  saving me time.  What I like most is that it is an energy saver.  I love it!

A wash day dream!

Our first four or five loads washed and dried perfectly but then the dryer would not heat up which was rather disappointing. But the good news is LG's online chat determined that we needed a service call and they scheduled it for us within two business days with a local repair service. The repairman arrived on time and was competent and efficient. He replaced a defective igniter with a brand new one and had us up and running within an hour. It works perfectly again. We love how it looks, how it cleans and dries and that it is so very quiet. We're very happy with our purchase.

Works Great with a Little Hiccup

Using the washer/drawer is effortless. The water efficiency is superb which is especially important since we have a 
septic system. And it’s beautiful!  It is by far my favorite appliance!

They said that I didn't need it and now I'm simply out of luck! If you buy this machine, make sure that your lazy installers complete the installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall very happy with my LG  Washtower purchase. Love the capacity and features. I had no issue with Washtower wifi setup. I like that you can send wash and dryer setting from IPhone to Washtower. The only thing I am happy is when you setup remote start that command isn't save once you power off the machine.

Great features, User friendly

I would have given it a five star rating, but not being able to change the default washer settings is a bit or a nuisance.  Most of our loads run in cold water.  We also own an antique home, so a lot or our loads cannot use the full spin cycle do to our floors.  I love the turbo wash, have not tried the steam setting yet and the height is great.  Also having the integrated control panel at mid height is much better.
