[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is everything it was sold to be. It is quiet, water efficient and takes up less space than our previous standard washer and dryer.  My only complaint is that you cannot see into the washer or dryer when it is working.  I have never had an upright washer or dryer before and I am not sure if other models come with a light inside but it sure would be a nice feature.

Machine that first showed up had a broken door. 2 weeks later received the new one. It has worked great. We had an LG top load before and were frustrated with it never being able to sensor the water right. So far this model has worked very well and takes up way less space.

Work's Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our W/D to this LG tower a few weeks ago and I’m in love. I didn’t realize how outdated my current ones were until I got this. I can wash and dry my delicates without worry about the affect on fabric. Stains disappear. And it’s so quiet you can’t hear it until the lovely chime goes off telling you the cycle is complete! On top of that we saved so much space by going to a tower vs separate units. We now have room to build out a laundry station. Highly recommend!

AMAZING Washer/Dryer Unit

If we had purchased a separate stackable washer and dryer, the controls for the dryer would have been too high for my wife to reach.  This LG unit is the perfect fit for our situation.  With the controls in the middle of the combined unit, both of us can easily program the units to operate.  The machine provides all the adjustments we need to wash and dry the differing types of loads.  The machine is quiet, efficient, and cleans and dries well.  We are completely satisfied with the machine and recommend it to anyone who needs a stacked arrangement.

Nicest we’ve ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Washer/Dryer Tower for about 3 weeks and really like them.  It is nice having one on top of the other.  It makes it much easier to move laundry from the bottom to the top.  And these don't stick so far out into the room.  It is clean looking with the black glass digital control bar.  I like that the washer doesn't tie sleeves and pant legs into a huge knot.  AND it is quiet.  When we remodel and move to the hall next to the bedroom, I know we will appreciate that aspect.  Is it perfect?  The lint removal in the dryer leaves the door's seal covered in line and while lint is mostly concentrated on the lint screen, it seems there is lint accumulated other places as well.   I am quite surprised the washer did not come with a Permanent Press cycle.  And I would like be able to download more than one additional program.  As someone with a large furry dog and a cat, I would like it if the washer also had a lint catcher.  I had a washer that did that once, a long time ago, and it was the greatest feature.  Haven't found any brand of washer that has that feature since then.  We are remodeling our laundry area, so no photos yet, because it isn't done.

The instruction manual could be improved.  There is no index for every feature, and some features are addressed in 2 - 3 different areas of the manual, so when you try to look them up, you don't find all the ins and outs of that feature in one spot.

Quiet Never Sounded So Good.

The washer has an issue with either the drum or gasket. The first wash had a high-pitched squeak during the spin cycle. I am able to recreate the squeak by moving the drum back and forth with my hand. Waiting for a service appointment, for 2 weeks now.

Broken from the get go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this new unit installed 3 weeks ago. First time use the washer leaked out the bottom & ruined my basement ceiling and my new wood floors. Getting a repairman out has been a nightmare. Still waiting for a serviceman. I’m so disappointed in the process of getting a repair under warranty. Everything is automated-no humans to speak to. So frustrated!!
