Dryer works amazing, we use normal mode and very dry and takes no time to dry at all. Only complaint is that dryer sheets do tend to get stuck in the seam where the lint trap is located, could cause a fire potentially if you don’t check it

Despite seeing lots of lights and options it is quite easy to operate. From choosing your heat level to suiting the cycle to your laundry. That was appreciated and it dries clothes in a reasonable amount of time.

Simple to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about a month ago, it's been excellent from day one. It dries in a reasonable amount of time for an Energy Star Certified machine, others take far longer. Also, the options that don't offer energy savings are present and work very well for bedding, thick fabrics (old-school jeans), and other items that need a higher heat to dry. The tone it gives off is loud enough to be heard from my basement by default, but can be altered to a lower volume if it is too loud for you. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase, it was an excellent price for an excellent dryer.

The problems are great. Perfect to get the desired dryness of clothes. Would be a five if there were a light inside the drum to pickup small clothings

Overall it works well.  I wish the Warm setting was a  warmer as when I open the dryer to pull something out, it doesn't even feel warm

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase that I have made in my 60 years. The dryer did not function properly yawls repair people could not fix it and y'all decided to refund my money. I have been in contact with your presidential liaison team for the past three months, trying to get a refund check and everybody keeps passing the book and I have still not received my refund.

Their is no visible timer so you can’t look and see how much time is left on a cycle

Purchased May 4th and delivery was supposed to occur on May 14th.  The delivery company couldn't deliver until May 21st. The delivery company canceled the order.  Sam's Club refused to issue a refund. Ridiculous!
