Our new All-In-One Machine is the perfect fit for our small Laundry Closet! We have it sitting on the Pedestal Drawer which makes it Accessible and Ergonomically Correct. It looks great and functions well. We are working professionals with no children and no pets, we do small loads of laundry every few days and this machines works for us! The App was easy to set up, the Manual was easy to read and although a change from having both a Washer & a Dryer, we trust the cycles, we use custom cycles and overall we are very happy with our new Machine!!!

It's early, but so far the machine has lived up to advertised capabilities. 

The duct run for my previous machine was too long with no resolution other than going through the roof. The heat pump dryer solved the problem and eliminated a fire resk.

Washer/Dryer Combo

This All in one washer dryer is just what I needed.  I love the way my laundry feels when I  take it out after a wah & dry. There's no static in my clothes, so I save money by not having to buy softeners.  There's no transferring loads between machines. The delay start has more flexibility that suits my needs.  I got the pedestal, so the drum is at a comfortable level.  The machine saves space in my tiny mobilehome-sized area.  I almost forgot to mention how easy it is to operate.  This is so well suited to my needs I can't think of anything I would change.

This is my idea of a perfect laundry appliance.

I Love how quiet this machine is, and the drawer option with a basket underneath is excellent for my back. Simply open the machine and empty the dry clothes into the basket and go.

AI Washer/Dryer In One

Love the idea of this product - drying is marginally good enough and seems to be degrading at 2 years in.  Some NEED TO KNOW FACTS- there is an 'internal condenser' you have to do cleaning. It is hideen Beside the pop-out lint trap; it has (air-conditioner-like) aluminum fins that clog with damp caked lint. Tricky to clean without damaging the airflow in those fins (by the way LG now sells a filter for that grate where none comes with the machine! ) . Another issue -LG specifies the drain hose should only go 4" into the wall drain (so condenser/steam output vents freely; mine had about 18" stuffed in the wall!) AND that hose shoulf have zero sag - it should go STRAIGHT from unit to wall drain (mine was good old fashioned big U shaped sagging 3' length of extra hose - I cut it off).  So- to optimize drying -  Buy the extra filter from LG, check your drain hose path. Keep the condenser fins clean.

I really love the concept, look and machine capabilities. I have wanted one for a while and chose the LG. unfortunately there are two areas the instructions are not clear on and i can't seem to get right. one is the ability to shut off the softener when doing towels etc. the other is when choosing say,, towels, it only went to wash, and I had to turn dry on. but still trying to figure it out.

In the beginning, I loved the machine.  It washed well and dried the clothes well in a reasonable amount of time and I did not have to think about when to move the items from one machine into the other.  Unfortunately, about seven months in, I started with lint and drying time issues.  I ruined several black items where the lint would just not come off and had given up on the machine and was washing my black items by hand.  As for drying time, it became longer and longer and still, the clothes were never dry.  I was faithful cleaning my machine and filters after each load with the brush provided as well as wiping out my machine with a clean, damp cloth. and then started doing that after each wash load and each dry load, all to no avail.  I finally went on line and watched several professionals who were dealing with these same issues on their LG service calls.  Now, I clean the entire machine, gasket, filters and drum after each load with my Dyson hand-held vacuum cleaner and remove a sizeable amount of lint from each of these areas, even when I wash clothing where there should be little to no lint coming from the fabric.  At this point, I am spending more time cleaning my machine than doing laundry, however, my clothes are now drying in the time the machine says they will.  If I could replace the machine with the now available LG wash tower, I would do it in a heartbeat.  I really wanted to love this machine but at this point, unless you absolutely insist on having only one machine do it all, I would advise others to go with the LG wash tower.  My son purchased one recently after learning of my issues with the All in One machine and after having used it several times now, It does a much quicker job of washing and drying and the lint all ends up in the lint trap, not on the clothes.

I Wanted To Love This Machine But....

This product doesn’t work as advertised. It takes average 6 hours to do a soso job. I had a very bad experience with this machine.
