Makes stuff cold! What a surprise!
Drawers worked smoother and felt stronger on our previous LG identical fridge.  But it only lasted 12 years, and the compressor blew out.  Most appliances are like that these days. Cheaply built, designed to self destruct in less than 15 years.

Overall looking is great. However, once power and waterline are connected after delivery the door alarm beeps every 30 seconds. There was nothing wrong for the door closing, sealing at all. Checked online, this matter has troubled many LG clients. Have to call LG resolved with a missing part (magazine piece) ordered and reinstalled, taking several days.

The doors seem to take a bit to ensure they’re closed. The water doesn’t seem o be coming out pure. New filter, but still get a dirt taste, wondering if it’s something internal?

The size inside is good, but you can't adjust the second or 3rd shelf to accomodate large jars or even a standard milk container. These you have to put in right side door shelves which are also non adjustable.

The refrigerator was leaking lg put a replace part and it leak more it 3 week of leaking and a lost of temperature of refrigerator and the leak was all over the floor.the replaced part made it worst

I have been trying for over a month to get a replacement refrigerator from LG/Sam's Club.  After delivery, I noticed it was scratched on one side.  I contacted Sam's, who in turn, contacted LG while I was on the phone.  I was told that an exchange was approved and delivery would be scheduled within 48 hours...again, this was over a month ago!  Sam's has been "responsive" but has not been able to get any information from LG.  It should not be this difficult to get a replacement refrigerator when the one that was delivered to me arrived damaged.  It makes me wonder how responsive LG will be if there is a warranty clam...

Poor response from LG/Sam's Club

Bought in December, and has never worked right from day one. Freezer is great. the refrigerator won't cool below 40 degrees. Temps are set at -7 on freezer and 33 on refrigerator. That's as low as they go. Milk goes bad before expiration date. LG customer service is the worst. All they do is send the same videos on each complaint. LG will send parts, but they are never installed. I was told they can only install one part even though LG sends 3. Repair people have been out 7 times, 2 of which were to fix something they broke. All I hear is it "seems" to be working or it "looks" like it's working. As far as actual refrigerator, it's pretty. Shelving arrangement makes no sense, obviously designed by someone that does not use one. Bins on door designed to hold milk, but repair just told me to rearrange shelves and put milk in back if I want it cold. Not an acceptable answer. Maybe when it goes out completely they can figure it out. Bottom line, I will never buy another LG product

Don't buy LG

We have not been issued our refund for this fridge and it has been over two weeks. It is absolutely ridiculous and should not take this long. We reached out last week and they said it should have come through already. It didn't, we called back today and they said that it would be another 7-10 business days before it would come through!! That's terrible, especially with such an expensive item to not have the refund for this long is horrible. Extremely frustrated.
