[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect addition to our new all-in-one machine. It provides useful storage and raises the machine to an easier to access height.

Very smart addition!

Very useful. Raises the washer to a better height and provides a place for storing dirty clothing until I have enough for a load. The basket is sort of weird though. Not as useful as it could be. If it was half the size of the drawer and there were two of them, that would be more useful. I keep kitchen towels in it so that I can wash them separately, but there is no way I'll ever fill up that big basket with kitchen towels. And I sometimes put other dirty laundry in it, so, if I end up with too much of that, I end up moving the kitchen towels out into the drawer and putting the rest of the laundry in the basket. Always switching it around. Or I end up storing the general dirty laundry in the washer and the kitchen towels in the way-oversized basket. It would actually be most useful if there were two baskets, one half the drawer size and another half the drawer size but partitioned down the center. That way, general dirty laundry could go into the larger one, kitchen towels into one of the smaller compartments, and delicate items in the other smaller compartment. Anyway, I don't feel like the basket was designed by anyone who ever does their own laundry. Maybe I will one day look for some different basket sizes to replace this one with or keep this one and look for two smaller baskets that will fit into the remaining drawer space. Or I could find two small baskets and get rid of the basket that came with the drawer and just put the general dirty laundry directly into the drawer. Two smaller baskets that I didn't have to make a perfect fit would be a lot easier to find. If I ever find the time, I'll come up with a workable solution. I've only had the washer for a little over a month. Overall though, I'm very happy I decided to add this item to my washing machine purchase.

Love It, but Basket Idea Not Well Thought Out

We initially bought our LG washer and dryer without the pedestals but my wife soon realized that her back could not take bending over to transfer clothes to the washer, over to the dryer, and out of the dryer.  The added height the pedestals afford has made life much less painful; and removes cleaning supplies from the top of the machines providing a much neater appearance.

These pedestals are awesome: deep enough for extra cleaning supplies, love the removable basket, and my back is so happy to not have to bend down awkwardly to get laundry out of the machines. If you’re on the fence about whether or not they’re worth it…THEY’RE WORTH IT!

Back saver!

I got 2 pedestals with my new washer and dryer set and it's a must have. Especially as a tall person, it helps to not have to bend over so far. 
Only comment is that I wish there was a similar, less pricey option without the drawer since I don't use the drawer.

Must have with front load washer and dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drawer with laundry basket is a game changer! I love being able to throw our dirty clothes on one side of the pedestal and grabbing our clean clothes out of the dryer for the second one. I previously had the sidekick and did not like the mini wash cycles at all. I am glad I switched.

Laundry Basket is a PLUS!

The pedestals that I purchased with my LG washer & drier set are excellent! They fit and match both units perfectly and allow more storage space as well.In addition, my wife is handicaped and these pedestals make it much easier to load and unload both the washer and drier! I would call them ADA compliant! So glad we opted to add them to our purchase!

Excellent addition to my new LG washer and drier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few days ago.  It helps raise the washer, so I don't have stoop down much to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer.  The height allows me to hold smaller detergent bottles and other accessories.  It could be a little taller to allow for taller containers.  It's a bit pricey, but quite sturdy.

Sturdy

I bought this two weeks ago along with my LG washer.  Since it's designed for the LG washers, it fits perfectly.  It's a big pricey, but very sturdy.  I was worried how it may hold up when the washer was running, but it's fine.  Doesn't move at all.  It would be nice if it was a bit taller to allow for holding taller detergent containers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG washer and the LG dryer are working great. The installation crew was on time and top notch. Strange you're only asking for a review of the pedestals. We have friends with similar side by side washer and dryer on pedestals, but they're designed so the corners all match up. Whoever off-set the fronts of the pedestals made them look like someone always left the drawers open. Very strange design and not a good look.
