I was hesitant and somewhat sceptical to order such an expensive piece of jewelry online, since our local Sam’s Club did not have the length I wanted.
I was absolutely delighted and surprised not only with the quality of the herringbone chain, but with the speed it and manner it was delivered

Beautiful necklace and seems like great quality after wearing for a few weeks. Wore to the beach and no issues. The only thing slightly disappointing is how thin the necklace is. Happy with the length but a little thin for the price and style I was looking for.

Great, a little thin

I originally purchased the 14-16 inch chain and had to return for the 16-18 inch. I like to layer my necklaces and this look great with my rope chain.

The chain is nice but the adjustable 2 in part is thin and cheap!!!!!I have since returned the item I’ll be buying from somewhere else.sorry Sams this one is a fail!!!!

Skip this one!!!

Necklace was purchased online as a gift.  It was delivered a couple days later than originally estimated.  The necklace itself is pretty, but the links where the clasp connects is quite thin.

I found the necklace very cheap and tried to return it.  I was told because I had a one-day membership that I could not.  Nothing to my knowledge said that.  So I am stuck w/ over $400 necklace that I don’t like.

14K Herringbone necklace

Clasp broke after a week of wearing it. Thankfully I was at home wearing it when it broke... with this price tag, it should be a quality piece and it just isn't.

Cheap clasp

Received my package today and within that package was a flimsy jewelry box, and within that flimsy jewelry box was absolutely nothing. Contacted Sam’s earlier and I’m having to go through the process of having my money returned or see if I can get a real necklace shipped to the store and pick it up that way. Plenty of other places that sell jewelry without the hassle.

POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE, phantom necklace.

It is a beautiful thin chain but it is so delicate it broke in the first month. I bought the additional warranty but they said it was still covered by the 90 day Sams warranty. After a visit to the store & calling customer service 3 times only to wait on hold forever & then be disconnected is incredibly frustrating! Flexible on any solution, but impossible to get help.
