My husband loves good coffee.  But our concern is always about making too much and the cost of coffee keeps going up higher.   This coffee maker is perfect for our needs.  It was so easy to set up and use.  Its an attractive appliance as well.  The coffee tastes is excellent from the Keurig side and the ground coffee side. It was both affordable and practical.  We truly appreciate this coffee maker.

THE COFFEE MAKER EVERYONE SHOULD BUY.

We have had this product for 2 weeks and this morning when turned off I started smelling smoke and when I went to the kitchen it was popping and grey smoke was billowing beneath it. There was also water leaking beneath. I unplugged it and the plug was burning hot. It smelling like burning plastic. It continued to smoke for 5 minutes even after unplugging from the bottom where the plug comes out. It was very scary and if I hadn’t been home would have been devastating! This product needs to be recalled.

Wow, so disappointed. This coffee maker is very nice to look at but that’s the only positive. What we didn’t like: Two water reservoirs. The one used for brewing a pot is only filled with the amount of water needed to brew a single pot. It is located on the back of the machine which must be moved out from its place to fill- and it’s heavy! The individual cup reservoir can be filled and then used for several brewings. It requires water filters in each of the two water reservoirs. Multiple attempts to brew a pot of coffee resulted in grounds in every pot. Paper filter, reusable filter, full pot, half pot-always a blend of coffee and grounds. Lots of buttons so it looks nice but unnecessary. Don’t let the high price and brand name make you think this a good thing, it’s definitely not!

No! Absolutely not!

Had two of these in two weeks. The first one stopped making coffee after about seven pots.  It leaked from the pods reservoir, and I think shorted it out. The second one made one pot of coffee. It leaked from the pods reservoir severely and then started smoking. It spent the night on the porch until I took it back.  Disappointing.

Leaked and smoked and returned twice.

Waste of money. Keeps overflowing grounds. Seems to be a bad design flaw. We even took the first one back and tried another one. Did the same thing after a week of working.

Very disappointed.

I smelled something burning then I seen my coffee maker smoking. I unplugged it and it still kept going up in smoke and water started leaking from the bottom so I took it outside then it eventually stopped smoking

Cought on fire

There was evidently a problem with the circuit board and we constantly struggled to make a cup of coffee.  Returned to store.  The return was hassle free!

Coffee Combo

I was excited for this coffeemaker as we wanted a two in one, and I've had good luck with Cuisinart before.  Unfortunately, it broke within a couple of weeks - the electronics gave out, and you could no longer make coffee.  Samsclub let us return it though!

Not good quality

When you pot it drips down a when you lift lid to add water the condensation off lid run down on counter. Poor design. When I called company the answer was no one else has complained. I said this day an age people probably just go buy another. I’m a two pot a day.

Pour design

It did not make a full pot of coffee. There was always water remaining in the strainer, usually 1/2 of the total amount that I wanted. Had to return it.

Water did not drain fully from strainer.
