This chair is beautifully made. The nailhead details give it a modern feel. The fabric is comfortable and seems like it would be easy to clean. The color is a great neutral for any decor. Easy to push back to recline.

This is definitely a show stopping piece!! The color gray and soft material make this item simply beautiful!! It is also quite comfortable, easy to recline back in, and very well built!! I can't believe it is under $400!!

I like that this chair reclines without looking like a traditional recliner. It is also comfortable to sit in without the recline. I like the texture of the fabric.

I love this product! It is comfortable and smooth. It is firm and shapes to me well. I would recommend this. It looks like it washes easily too. It's so nice to sit in and a great grey color.

This is a very comfortable seat that would fit well in any living room. It has great back support and doesn't feel awkward to sit in. This would be a great addition to someone's home.

We purchased 2 recliners and concerned because we never got to sit on them to see comfort.  Well we were pleasantly surprised that they are very comfortable.  We had to put them together but it didn't take that long probably 25 minutes each. 
The only things i didn't like is that we were not notified when they would be delivered.  So the day they were they were left out by our garage and we had a bad rain. The boxes were soaked but the packing saved them from being wet.

Happy Relaxer

It feels soft but not like very very plush. The color would look pretty good in my house with other existing pieces we have. It's a nice chair, and seems very formal.

I had ordered one for my 92 year old mother last August and I tried it out myself.  We both like this over all size and firmness of this recliner.  It is a very nice looking piece also.  I recently purchased one for myself  and I love it.  I am very petite and 5’ ft tall and I can actually sit up or recline ( there’s two reclining positions ) with ease.  I ordered the cream color and my moms is grey. Very pleased with this purchase .

Nice toe position recliner

Very comfortable and easy to put together. The gray color has a touch of brown in it. I’m very happy with purchase, but if I had to fault it at all, it would be that the recline function is almost ‘too easy’ and the chair is most comfortable either closed or totally reclined. I wish there was a little more resistance to the recline function so you could sit in multiple angles.

Very nice chair

The recliner was sturdy built, and the material was very good quality. Having said that, I returned the recliner because when you recline the back separates from the arm rests creating like an 8 inch gap on the back, so when you recline your arms are on the arm rests up to the middle of your forearms, and from there back to your elbows are in the air. After a few minutes it gets, to me, very uncomfortable.

Sturdy, pretty, but uncomfortable.

The recliner could not possibly be assembled as per instructions. The manufacturer clearly misconfigured the channel assembly intended to securely attach the chair back. There was no way to fully attach the back to the chair.
