It has a Velcro closure to hold the handles shut and make it easy to carry. We go between using this in the pool to taking it out on our boat to enjoy in the lake. It's easy to rinse off with the hose and easy to air dry and store when finished. Definitely recommend one of these loungers to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun!

Unlike traditional inflatable rafts that pop or feel sticky against your skin, this bean-filled float is incredibly comfortable and supportive. It feels more like a floating mattress than a pool toy.
The fabric is durable and dries surprisingly fast, which is a huge plus for preventing that mildew smell. It’s lightweight enough to carry to the lake or beach, but it really shines in the pool where you can just drift and soak up the sun. If you’re looking for a high-quality float that actually lasts more than one season, this is definitely the one to grab!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s be real, if you want a pool float that lasts, you want a Big Joe. I love that it’s not an inflatable. Instead of air, it’s filled with tiny bean-like beads, so there’s no worrying about punctures, slow leaks, or dragging out a pump. You just toss it in the water and it’s ready to go. I live in the desert southwest with high winds so inflatables just fly into foliage and pop or cruise over your fence into your neighbor’s yard. With our hot climate, dry climate when the triple digits hit you want this fabric over scalding plastic every time.   

The construction feels sturdy and well-made. The fabric is thick and durable, and the stitching holds up well through regular pool use, sun exposure, and being moved around on deck. The colors are vivid and bright and look great in the pool.  Because it’s bead-filled, it molds comfortably to your body. It floats you in that perfect partially submerged way. It’s supportive but still cool in the water. It’s perfect for lounging or pilling kids on it.   After multiple uses, the fill still feels evenly distributed, and the material hasn’t faded or weakened. It’s easy to rinse off and dries fairly quickly for something this size.  

If you’re tired of inflatable floats that pop this is such a better long-term option. Definitely worth it.

The best pool float

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a big Joe Polar boar and ball floatie and we absolutely love them.  I am looking forward to warmer weather and being able to relax in this chair.  I like them because its a fabric like material mesh so its soft to lay on but won't mold or mildew.  It holds up very well it may look like it will sink but once in water it surprisingly will float up just fine.  The print is super cute as well ! Cannot wait for some pool weather.

Very comfartable in and out of water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know what you thinking.. SNOW SNOW! Yes! I haven't had the chance to use it on my pool bc of the snow but once summer comes I will be ready. The material is definitely thick and nice and is very durable. I like the size because is super big and have a lot space to lay down on the beach. You can easily fold it and care is like a purse.

It has a zip so there is opportunity to make changes if wanted.  It is lightweight so if you want to take this with, it also folds together and has a handle.   The material is that outdoor kind, I imagine this wipes down easy if you wear sunscreen/tanning oil or just all the dust that can find itself into the pool.

Comfy oasis

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The float is very large and remarkably lightweight when dry. I saw the box and thought I was never going to be able to carry it. But it was so light even in the box. It appears to be well made and durable. I will be able to get more use out of this summer. The color is cute and the kids love this!

Large and stylish

Opened the box and immediately saw foam balls and the hole in the zipper where it's sewn to the fabric.  Didn't even remove the float from the box.  Back it goes, was hoping for a great durable float. It's not letting me upload the pictures
