On sale for 99 dollars. A 64gb card alone cost you 40. Not sure why people are expecting more. Great value and functions perfect at this cost point. The bag and accessories alone would total 99 dollars. Reviews complaining about annoying function beeps never read manual to disable. I'm happy with my purchase.

Best Value Bundle on the market in Camcorders

This is a very nice comcorder. Chargeable Li-ion battery. Comes with carrying case, remote, HDMI cables, digital zoom. It includes a 3-inch rotating touchscreen. Built-in Wi-Fi, and infrared light. The Vivitar 8K Ultra HD 18x Zoom Digital Camcorder Kit: designed for, casual, handheld recording, featuring 8K resolution video, 64MP still images, and 18x digital zoom. This camcorder takes beautiful still pictures and movie pictures. It is better then my phone. I Love this Camcorder

Vivitar 8K Digital Camcorder

Sakar International, Inc.

As someone who runs an Instagram page and is constantly filming restaurants, events, and local experiences, I'm always interested in trying different cameras to capture content. The Vivitar 8K Digital Camcorder Kit is a fun option if you want a dedicated device for video instead of relying only on your phone.

The 8K video capability and high-resolution photo options produce really clear footage, which is helpful when filming busy environments like food events or gatherings where there's a lot happening at once. I also like the 3-inch rotatable LCD screen because it makes framing shots easier when filming from different angles — whether that's capturing dishes on a table, crowd moments at an event, or quick vlog-style clips.

Features like image stabilization and face detection help keep things smooth and focused, which is useful when moving around while filming. The Wi-Fi and USB transfer options also make it easy to get footage onto a computer or device for editing and sharing online.

Overall, this is a solid kit if you're looking for a dedicated camcorder to capture events, travel moments, or social media content. It comes with everything you need to get started, and the portable design makes it easy to bring along when you're out documenting experiences.

Great Option for Capturing Events & Social Media Content

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so old school and I love it. I mean it is better than the old version of course. Really clear videos and so much easier to operate that my old camcorder and much lighter too. This has really been fun to play with. We are taking it on an upcoming trip and are looking forward to getting some good videos of Grandma and Grandpa!

This is so old school

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super lightweight but with great quality! Love the battery life and how easy it is to use. It feels so 90s to have a video camera like this - all for it. Would totally recommend to a friend/family for those nostalgic vibes but with way better quality haha.

Super lightweight but with great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality of picture and very simple and straightforward to use. We love having actual home videos that are not just a 1 minute video that we typically have on our phones. Also very quick to charge!

Great quality of picture and

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been years since I've used a camcorder but tried one again as I've needed to take videos of the kids sports and didn't want to use all of my phone memory. The camcorder is lightweight, easy to use and comes with everything needed. The video is high quality. I didn't give it five stars as I wish the menu on the device was a bit more intuitive.

It's been years since I've

I think this camcorder is decent for the price, but it's not perfect. The lighting isn't very good, especially in low-light situations, and the image quality doesn't really look like true 8K. That said, the video isn't bad either it's still usable for casual recording.
Overall, it's a good camcorder for the price, especially if you're just looking for something basic, but don't expect the best quality.

Its Okay

This is in no way an 8k video recorder. The video is grainy no matter the settings and if you zoom in on something like a sign or an envelope, the words are not clear but blurry. I can't say that I would recommend this. Spend the money on an external storage drive and save your phone videos on it. You will be much happier.

Not 8K, not even 4K, not recommended

Very disappointing experience at Sam's Club in Katy, TX (Fry Road area).

I came to purchase a video camera that the website showed as being in stock, with 17 units available. However, after arriving at the store, I was told that the item could not be found and that it was possible the cameras had been stolen.

As a paying member, this raises serious concerns. When highly discounted items repeatedly show as available online but cannot be located in the store, it creates the impression that members are not being given a fair opportunity to purchase these products. It makes customers wonder whether employees or others may be obtaining these items before members have a chance to buy them.

I requested to speak with the store manager, but the manager never came to speak with me directly. Instead, Maria, who identified herself as one of the store managers and has worked here for eight years, handled the situation. Unfortunately, she was only able to provide excuses while the staff continued searching for the item.

I waited in the store for more than an hour. Eventually, Maria informed me that they still could not find the camera but would continue looking and contact me later. At approximately 12:30 PM, she said they would notify me in a couple of hours. I asked if she could call me around 2:30 PM, since that would be two hours later, but she smiled and said she would call me at the end of the afternoon instead.

When I pointed out that she had originally said they would contact me within a couple of hours, she simply repeated that they would call later. At that point, I was expected to leave the store and wait for a call, with no assurance that the product would ever be found.

This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and a poor example of customer service. Sam's Club and Walmart should do a better job ensuring inventory accuracy and communicating honestly with their members.

Very bad experience in Store
