Durable enough to be used as a prep and cutting board, but beautiful enough to e used as a serving board. Large cutting surface as board measures 18" x 12" x 0.75" and can be used on both sides cutting surface. The reversible wooden surface allows you to simply flip over the board to a completely smooth surface for cutting and chopping vegetables. This gives the benefits of two cutting boards in one! It's beautiful and so useful. If you don't like to carve meat on your other cutting boards then this is perfect. The drippings tray channel goes all the way around which is how you want it.

This is so useful.

Love these wooden boards, love them so much I purchased two, one for in front of the microwave and another in front of the toaster oven, when you use glass containers for cooking you  need something to put those items on so they don't explode from touching a cold counter, they work perfectly and it's safe to use just about any container, they are also excellent cutting boards, wash and clean up easily and they are not expensive, great buy!

GREAT CUTTING BOARD A MUST FOR ANY KITCHEN

I love this but it arrived with a dent inside of it and I'm afraid the wood is going to keep chipping

Awesome cutting board!

Superb quality. I originally purchased a cutting board from Amazon of similar price. It was hot garbage. I returned it. This one is great. It is the quality I expected.

Superb quality

Pretty but not holding up as well as we would have liked maybe because we use it for fruit and other "wet" things.

Better for dry than wet things

I love the size and the groove to catch juices from vegetables. However, it feels like it is already cracking after just a few uses

Great size cutting board

Bought this cutting board because of the 'Viking' name thinking quality, however after 2 weeks of normal household use the seams on the left top and middle began to split open.  The board has been washed in warm sudsy water and toweled dry after each use.  The breaking in the seams is precursor for bacterial growth, sadly the cutting board had to be thrown away.  I requested a refund and Sam's Club Customer Service was excellent to oblige.  Other than that the Viking Cutting Board was GREAT, light weight, and the size fit perfectly for the space on my counter-top.

Seams Unglued

I gave this as an early Christmas gift, it was used to cut a roast, unfortunately, there are cut marks in the board already.  How can this be taken care of, I’m afraid it won’t be much good in the future.

How to keep the board in good condition

The board arrived warped. We're very disappointed considering the price   shipping was over $55. We will probably return it.
