Shopping online is so easy!  The gift card arrived in the mail on the Delivery Date I was given.

I am very impressed with being able to order online for deliveries. I order a lot for myself and order and deliver to family.

This was the best purchase.  I was able to use it everywhere that I regularly purchase with my debit card. From fast food, to gas stations. I will recommend that you go in and prepay if you do pay for gas. 

Checking your account with the website given was easy, and done in under a minute. Activation was a breeze as well. I would definitely buy this again, and again.

I purchase a lot of the Visa Gift cards not only as a gift for birthdays and other such holidays, but because sometimes my kids are  in need of funds to pay a bill, shop for food or buy something for one of the kids that may not just require a trip to Walmart. The processing and shipping fee is so low especially if you compare to Western Union.  If you have time to wail 3 or4 days it is well worth it. Fed Ex delivers it promptly and never once has there been a problem with  retrieving the information.  I highly recommend these Gift Cards

I ordered as a gift, was a great present with the exception of arriving late to recipient.

Great gift idea

This is a gift card - why don’t I see the option to add a gift message?  The person receiving it won’t know who it’s from.  If there’s an option to add one it’s not showing on my screen.

No gift message?

I had to call vanilla customer service 2 days ago and they said there is a known issue with there being a advertising charge for the exact amount of the gift card. My card is on hold and I cannot use the money I paid for. Please stick to getting the physical cards.

I am unable to use my card. I went online https://balance.vanillagift.com/, entered my card number, expiry and CVV, I am keep getting the same message, 
"System Error, try later on"
I have been trying for several days with the same message.
I called the customer service 1-833-322-6760, it gives you several options most of the will tell you to go to the https://balance.vanillagift.com/. So, you are going in circles.
Their web site says,
Select “Report a Problem” on the Manage Card page. From there you can select which issue you are having to report it.
When you go to “Report a Problem” on the Manage Card page, it tells you to call the customer service 1-833-322-6760. Again, takes you back in circles.
I called Sam’s Club and spoke with 3 separate representatives (because I was getting disconnected or they were transferring me back to vanilla gift customer service. Finally, the last one told me to go to my local Sam’s club and ask for help.
Bottom line: 
DO NOT BUY THIS GIFT CARD.
