I actually prefer the extra sharp but I am not willing to pay extra for it, so this is still satisfying.

Off to cut the cheese.

I have loved Tillamook for years. I grew up on it, in fact. I don't buy anything else, ever. The taste is awesome. And the price has gone down a bunch. I'm only paying $10.95 for a two-pound brick. What a deal! I definitely recommend this cheese.
