Cute cookie cake, tasted pretty good, love the frosting filling. It was a hit for the party and good amount.

5 Star review based on the cake itself. The Club Bakery experience would have been only 2 stars.

This was my first experience with a Sam's Club Bakery Order. I had no idea I've been missing out on this cookie cake 'sandwich'. There's a thin layer of icing between two cookie layers and boy, its delicious and a game changer. I'm also not a huge fan of buttercream icing from stores but this one is light and not overly sugary--Overall delicious cake and would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is considering it.

As for the service--I would footnote that my particular store location could improve their customer service a bit. I had a pick-up window between 1-2 PM, arrived at the bakery at 1:01 PM and the employee at the counter acted rudely and was giving me a lot of attitude. She assumed I was trying to pick up my order earlier than my timeslot (which I wasnt), but this whole ordeal seemed excessive considering the cake was done, decorated, and sitting on shelf awaiting pick-up...so where the attitude was need??? not sure.  So rating for bakery personnel, 2 stars.
