I have Sunbrella rain fabric and Sunbrella regular high end fabric. Works great. Dirt and dust just wipes off and rain just rolls off. Will continue to use.

Great protection

Love the product, but last order, one of the bottles of cleaner leaked.  Not a big deal, but about 1/3 of bottle was gone.  Not sunbrella fault, guessing rough handling at usps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The umbrella, restore fabric, protector, and repellent so far is working. It does smell a little bit when you’re spraying but after a few minutes, you don’t smell it anymore, and once it’s completely dried no smell at all. I do wish the spray was more of a wide spray than a stream for even distribution.  I put it on late morning by lunchtime. It still was not completely dry, but a few more hours later and it was. I have two more umbrellas that I am going to treat with us as well.

They literally were out in the elements all winter on my covered front porch. And they were due for some kind of refresh. Enter Restore Fabric Protector and Repellent from the makers of Sunbrella Products! Boy did these chairs need this product! I followed all instructions which told me to clean the fabric thoroughly and let dry. Then it was time to spray the on the protector and let it work it's magic. It took a few days to dry, but Wow! It was so worth it. This stuff repels water extremely well. So much so, that it beads on the surface! Pictures don't lie. I Love It! And will definitely be buying another bottle! I received this sample for free in exchange for my Honest opinion. I am really thrilled with the results! Thank you so much Sunbrella and Influenster for giving me the opportunity to test your product! This is one product my outdoor furniture cannot be without!

This product works as promised .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sunbrella Restore Fabric Protector and Repellent effectively repelled water and dirt, reviving and extending the life of outdoor fabrics. Its easy application and quick drying without leaving a residue were particularly appreciated. The product restored the original color and UV protection. However, the strong chemical odor and white powder residue were drawbacks. Despite these issues, I’m satisfied with the product’s performance and consider it a worthwhile investment for my outdoor fabrics.

Good but some drawbacks

The spray left a white powder residue on our Bimini top. I did receive a refund from sunbrella but now need to clean it again. Hopefully it will come off.

Would not recommend

The spray nozzle stopped working after 1/4 of the bottle was dispensed. I had to use the spray nozzle from a Windex bottle .
