Don’t hesitate! This cake is awesome: delicious fluffy chocolate cake covered in thick yummy buttercream, decorated exactly as shown and much bigger (taller) than we expected. Best price for a custom cake I have ever bought! Will definitely buy cakes from Sam’s bakery again and again :)

Dacadent & Delicious

The shark cake was a real hit! I added a picture of her fending off a shark attack and everyone thought it was a nice touch, especially since she is a shark fanatic. My only complaint is that the "writing" on the cake is actually part of an edible printed transfer sheet and the font was boring. It would have been nice to be given a choice of fonts at the time of ordering -- I would have gone with a script greeting. PS: the cake was delicious -- very moist!

Cute but didn’t have any sharks on it. When I asked about the missing sharks I was told they ran out but I was never notified. I had to go buy sharks to put on it. Otherwise, the cake was good.

No notice

Way too much buttercream  you guys really need to consider doing whipped icing in other colors or at least offering a whip variant of each cake. Buttercream has always been gross and it honestly ruined the moist cake.

This cake did not look like the picture when I picked it up! There were no sharks on the side and the cake was cracked straight down the middle. Very disappointing. Will not buy from this location again.

Terrible staff! Manager was disrespectful and rude! I let my membership expire so I can shop with Cosco! They changed me TWICE for my cake and cupcakes. One charge in July and again in August!! Will not refund my $36. Said I have to take it up with my bank even though the saw the transaction on my statement for the exact same order! Beware and double check your statements if you order online!! Scam!
