Sometimes you buy too many. When you do that it's necessary to deep freeze the rest. Rest assured when they thaw, they're just as goo as the day you bought them.

Usually, fresh. these seem to be not so fresh during the hotter months. Not sure if it's the deliver truck in the heat, but, I've noticed in the hotter months they seem more stale and don't last as long as even the date says. And I look for the best dates when I purchase them.
