Love this so much, it talks to me. It opens after is done, so great. Tried a few different washing cycles and found what worked for me. Quick wash not so much, 4 kids and lots of yucky dishes so need normal or AI wash. It is not loud, soft hum. Third top rack is fantastic, could not live without it now. Looks like a built in, love the look so much. Had since the fall and so far it has worked great, recommend.

Top wash rack is a improvement over previous models. Smooth middle rack glides with ease and adjusts for height(s). Lower rack holds all you can throw at it. Powerful cycles and AI wash with energy conscious timing easily controlled from the hidden top panel or via Smart things app. Finish is clean and easy to maintain. Very happy overall.

Smart, Quiet, efficient

The best

Love the top rack as we as we use it for baby bottles. Wash is clean and efficient speed 60 works well for us and we use it daily in our household of 6. Hopefully we keep it up the positivity as we upgrade all other appliances to Samsung

Super quiet and fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 9-year-old Samsung Dishwasher with this one and could not believe how much better it creates sparkling clean dishes. We were also amazed at how much quieter it is and how smart it is to adjust to the conditions of the dishes, using the AI wash setting. The auto open door feature is brilliant, making everything is dry and ready minutes after the wash is complete. Using the Smart Things APP we set it to be on during our utility company's super saver hours, so we are usually sleeping while it is hard and quietly at work. There are just the two of us, but as we cook almost all our meals there is still plenty of room to use it once or twice a week. I imagine a large family would fill it more quickly, but it does have a huge capacity and a variety of ways of putting in various types of dishes and cutlery. It stays clean looking and is very attractive as an addition to the kitchen.

There is no water drops on any of the plastic items like my old dishwasher left behind. You can not hear this dishwasher at all it is very quiet.The extra shelf gives it a large capacity.It is very efficient and does not use a lot of water. My wife loves the eronomics. hot having a handle makes it look clean and sharp.

A great diswasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the white Bespoke built-in Samsung dishwasher as part of a matching appliance set, and I couldn’t be happier with how it performs and looks in my kitchen. It’s *extremely quiet*—so much so that I often forget it’s even running until I hear the gentle chime and see the door open at the end of the cycle. That automatic door-opening feature is, honestly, my favorite part. It prevents any musty odor from building up and leaves the dishes spotless and completely dry—no trapped moisture at all.  
I really appreciate the wide variety of wash cycles available for different types of loads. The only thing I’d still love to see is a short, less-than-one-hour option for quick rinses when I don’t need a full cleaning cycle.  

Aesthetically, the Bespoke design is gorgeous. The clean white finish brightens up my darker, cabin-style kitchen and gives it a modern, refreshed look. Despite my home’s low water pressure, this dishwasher still does an incredible job—every rack, top to bottom, comes out clean.  

I’ve found that detergent pods work better than gel since the gel can leave a bit of residue inside, though it doesn’t affect the cleanliness of the dishes. And while I used to doubt the value of rinse aid, this model proved me wrong—the difference is unmistakable.  

The capacity is great overall, though keeping the extra basket on the bottom rack does take up a bit of space. I really like that many of the wire dividers on the lower racks can be raised or lowered to fit large pots, pans, and oddly shaped items.  

Overall, this dishwasher is an excellent mix of beauty, quiet performance, and real cleaning power. It’s one of those rare appliances that genuinely makes the everyday routine a little easier—and a lot more enjoyable.

Quiet Power and Fresh Design

This is hands down one of the best dishwashers I’ve ever owned. The standout feature is the noise level—it is really quiet. I absolutely love that you can disable the annoying end-of-cycle melodies and just get a silent notification on your phone or Samsung TV instead.

Performance: It’s a top-tier machine. It cleans well, integrates perfectly with the app, and even reminds you when it’s time to run a self-cleaning cycle.

The "But": I have mixed feelings about the top (third) rack. It’s an interesting idea, but I wish it had more utility—specifically more room for silverware, ladles, or even the ability to slide a baking sheet up there. Right now, it’s mostly good for small espresso cups or long cooking utensils.

Missed Opportunity: It would be a game-changer if Samsung added high-quality, interchangeable exterior panels like they have on the Bespoke refrigerators. It would allow for perfect kitchen matching and designers would go crazy for it.

Whisper quiet and smart, need just one more thing

This dishwasher sucks.  Some cap for the filter was not clicked in correctly and it starting throwing a leak control error.  It’s a sensor problem cuz there isn’t a leak!  Will start a cycle and then spirals and I cannot get this thing to work normal anymore.  This is not a premium dishwasher.  This was the second one I had delivered, as the first one wouldn’t work once installed.   Overall the design is cheap and apparently the parts are too.  Not sure where bowls are intended to go??? Can you only wash one bowl at a time? What is supposed to go on the third rack? Where do you wash stemmed glasses?  It’s a no for me, dawg.
