Not only is the unit beautiful with its sleek design but it is so quiet. As a family of 5 I am able to do large loads of laundry with no problem, even though the unit is compact. I am so happy with this purchase and the delivery, installation and haul away was done flawlessly! I will be purchasing all of my appliances from Sam's club from now on

Love the Samsung washer and dryer

It's been nothing but an amazing purchase for both the washer and dryer. Being stackable has given us more space for other appliances and it runs so quiet during use. Couldn't be more happy with the purchase.

Samsung Canada

I purchased my laundry unit in February 2025 and I am very happy with its performance. Also the cycle selections is excellent.

Great unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer/dryer for 4 months now and I love them. My clothes comes out cleaner in less time spent washing clothes. The washing and drying options are awesome. And using the AI function to do my laundry works great and no issues with the clothes coming out unsatisfactory. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Wonderful washer/dryer set

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek exterior design of the Electric Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub. It fits perfectly into our laundry room. Definitely space saving. The inside is huge for both washer and dryer and can easily fit my larger loads. I like that everything is digital as well and it makes it simple to understand. The detergent and softner is easy to load in the washer for the auto dispense option. It's a really cool option to have so I don't have to worry about how much detergent is needed because the unit auto determines and dispenses it according to the senser. It also lets you know when you are running low on detergent. I like that the dryer auto sets to the correlating washer cycles. It even reminds you to clean the lint trap. I like the suggested connectivity of the Samsung Smart Things app. You can control some of the laundry hub settings right from the app. Some other things I noticed and liked about the laundry hub is how quiet the cycles were. The room where it's located is right inbetween my daughter's room and my office. I'm able to work/study and my daughter is able to sleep soundly without disruption. Also the cute little musical tune it plays when the cycle is done is alot better than a typical loud buzz most other laundry machines make. Overall I really liked the AI laundry hub and would definitely recommend

Excellent AI Laundry Tech

The Insiders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 74” tall machine is commanding with a beautiful sleek design and it seamlessly integrates into our pantry space. The Hub is made with high-quality materials such as glass and stainless steel and seems very durable and hopefully will last a long time. It has thoughtful design elements when it comes to the auto liquid dispense system (which is plastic not metal , so no rust), the space saving design and the ultra capacity for the dryer and drum is a no brainer for us doing laundry!

In terms of performance, so far it has easily handled any load I have put into the machine. Its washing cycles are effective, with optimal water consumption and 15 cycle options catering to different fabric types, way more than I can describe here. To be honest I have not tried them all as of yet. I am most excited to try the Steam Wash setting as I stain pretty much every time i eat. :) The washer does not have any rock or shake in the spin cycle. Our system sits on hardwood floors and is in its own pantry room.
The drying is efficient, offering quick times for towels and sheets and gentle care for garments. So far I have used the timed dry, denim, and towels and sheets cycles, the 13 cycle options are fantastic. The lint trap is easy to access and clean out with each load. A chime at the end of each cycle is a fun way to let you know your load is complete. This can be turned off. There is also a dryer light that can be turned on or off.

I only have two Cons to offer in this review. The stacked Bespoke HUB washer sits extremely low to the ground. I have to bend very far into the machine to pull out the random sock stuck in the back, kinda like Pooh in the Honey Tree. Flexibility is should be considered this if you are purchasing this HUB
Another slight negative is the display. The sensitivity of the power button and the whole display is hard to gauge. As I press on the power button it may or may not turn on. Then you must press again till the display senses your finger. Once the system is on everything works as it should.

One cool feature is the smart connectivity. You must download Smart things App and connect via WIFI users can control the appliance from a smartphone. This process wasn't too complicated for me and being able to schedule to start a load when PGE KW fees are low is a nice $ saver.

I have enjoyed how the Bespoke Laundry HUB works so far and think it's a worthy investment for our household. I look forward to many years of use.

Power House Laundry Tower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded my laundry appliances to streamline my chores, and after much research, I settled on the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub.

This is an impressive example of modern laundry technology, and the integration with the SmartThings App enhances the user experience significantly. Being able to monitor and control the washer and dryer remotely adds a level of convenience that I didn't know I needed. The app's interface is intuitive and easy to use, making laundry management a breeze.

The capacity is impressive, considering its stacked design. With a washer capacity of 4.6 cu. ft. and a dryer capacity of 7.6 cu. ft., it handles my family's laundry needs with ease. I can finally wash our king-sized comforter from home without dealing with a cramped washer or loud vibration noises, thanks to the vibration reduction technology.

The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry features are standout elements of this appliance. The ability to detect soil level and fabric type and adjust settings accordingly ensures a thorough clean and gentle drying cycle, preserving the quality of my clothes. This is especially helpful with our gym clothes! They get thoroughly cleaned but not overly dried, where they smell singed when you remove them.

When it comes to speed, this unit doesn't disappoint. The Super Speed Wash and Dry option allows me to wash and dry a full load in just 58 minutes, perfect for busy days when I need clean clothes in a hurry.

I've had the opportunity to use the Flex Auto Dispense system, and it's a game-changer. The automatic dispensing of detergent and softener based on load size saves me time and ensures that I use just the right amount of product, eliminating waste. It also eliminates the mess of pouring for each load and having the detergent and softener out on display all of the time!

As for the interior, the design of the Bespoke AI Laundry Hub is thoughtful and practical. The Easy Reach control panel makes it easy to access settings, and the interior of both the washer and dryer is spacious and well-lit, making loading and unloading a breeze. I can easily load and unload even though I am petite.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a replacement or upgrade to their laundry station.

Perfect Upgrade to our Laundry Room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer/dryer unit was a major upgrade to my previous unit. I like all of its features and its smart things app. Both washer and dryer is big enough for large loads. By having both units stacked, it definitely saves some space in my home. The unit is easy to control as the control panel is in the center of both the washer and dryer. I love the AI feature as it automatically determines the soil level and the fabrics being laundered and makes adjustments as needed. The flex auto dispense system is great. You can customize the settings for the dispenser using the smart things app. It has a space for liquid detergent, fabric softener and bleach. You can customize how much you want to use via the smart things app. There is a super speed wash and dry option where you can get a load done in under an hour. It's great for when you need something laundered and forgot to do it but need it the same day. I love the steam wash option for my clothes. I feel like the clothes comes out cleaner. I love this new unit, makes me feel welcomed to the new age.

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit about three weeks ago, and I have been really happy with it. We do a lot of laundry and the system is super easy to use. The washer and dryer talk to each other as well, so the dryer recommends settings based on the what you set the washer to in the last load. We mainly bought it to save space in our small laundry/mud room. It definitely helps with overall use of the room. Super happy with it!

Great Unit - Space Saver!

Glaiza

Absolutely HORRIBLE. This is, without question, the worst washer and dryer I have ever owned in my life. I am almost 50 years old, and I have never experienced such poor quality and performance from an appliance.

The washer has mold all over the detergent and fabric softener dispenser area. How is that even acceptable? It is disgusting and completely unacceptable.

The dryer is just as bad. It takes THREE HOURS to dry a normal load of clothes. Three hours! And now the washer has started leaking from the front panel.

To make matters even worse, this washer is unbelievably loud. I have never owned a washer this loud. It sounds like something is seriously wrong with it every time it runs.

The washer and dryer are both absolute garbage. Poor quality, terrible performance, mold, leaking, and unbelievably loud. I deeply regret purchasing this set and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Oh, it's so heavy no one will come and fix the issues. Save your money and buy something else. If I could give this product ZERO stars, I absolutely would.

Horrible!!!!!
