I don’t have any complaints as of yet it works amazing. I was a little concerned at the amount of water that it used thinking that it wouldn’t be enough but it cleans my clothes just fine. Love the fact that it does not have an agitator in the middle like those old washers. Very happy with this purchase

Great duo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to start. This dryer is amazing!!. So many features and quiet. And super easy to use it also can handle large loads and the damp sensor is great.

Samsung gas dryer. Brilliant

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is spacious and can dry clothes efficiently. Nice features to determine temperature setting.

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has plenty a room for drying. It dries fairly quick in summer but a little bit longer to heat and dry. Pretty consistent drying and very low cost and efficienct.

Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works well for my family with a decent capacity space for the size loads we wash. The noise level is not to much of an issue for my family because it is located in a garage. I enjoy the wrinkle setting on the dryer for certain clothes that i was. I typically forget it is an option though. Provide a good efficiency.

Dry Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As stated in my review of our new Samsung washer, this dryer also has a larger capacity than my old one. I can fit my king size comforter in. It's also fairly quiet which helps because it's installed in an open area of home.

Easy to Use

This dryer doesn't dry towels or bedding well at all. The presets don't work well and when attempting to pair the dryer to the app in order to stop the noise when the drying is over, the app never pairs or works. The load capacity is good with ample space.

Poor Drying Performance and App Doesn't work

Geraldine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer works well, controls are a little hard to understand when first starting out.
Biggest complaint is there is no light inside the drum which if I would have known that I would not have bought this model. We have to use a flashlight to see if we missed any dark colored items. There should be a very clear message on the description saying no light inside drum.

Good dryer but a BIG issue

This is the worst dryer I've e er owned. Sensors are worthless and keep turning g off the machine. Of course I'm told it's the consumers fault because we complain about it using to much electricity. Don't dare try using a dryer sheet or have tangled laundry as it messes up the sensors. You can use the manual settings on the right side but you can only set for an hour maximum so it takes about three hours to dry a load of towels. The inside of the drum is black and there is no drum light so good luck trying to find your dark clothing when it finally dries.

Worst dryer ever

When it's humid outside and I leave clothes in the dryer after drying they are all wet! Then the sensor breaks. Last year it was the circuit board and the sensor! This summer so far it's the sensor! I don't understand??????? I never had a dryer this horrible in my life!

All Wet!
