Seriously a great TV with a slick look and clean home screen, but right out of the box it can feel a bit sluggish if you don't tweak it.
If you want it to run super smooth and responsive, do yourself a favor and turn off the data tracking. Just head into your settings and turn off Viewing Information Services and Interest-Based Ads, and opt out of the data-sharing stuff during setup.
Once you flip those off, the TV stops wasting processing power in the background, and the performance gets so much faster and snappier. Other than that, I love this TV! I came from a Roku TV and love it-especially the fact that I can pair my earbuds straight to the TV for late-night private listening. Total game-changer of an upgrade!

"Awesome TV, but definitely change these settings!

walmart.com

I'm impressed with the picture and sound along with the Samsung TV Plus with a guide to choose from hundreds of shows, movies, news, sports! It also has protection from being hacked. It's just the right size for me and a great price for all the extras other tv's at this price do not have.

Exceptional TV for the Price

It was easy to set up. I am 79. The colors and sound are good. It is in a large bedroom. It does not have voice access. The channels you want you will need to figure out in the Samsung Live selection. My 10 is 1122 for instance. You can use Hulu or Disney or Netflix. etc. Those apps are already installed. Remote batteries are included.

I just received this tv so I can't comment on it's longevity, but I am not having any of of problems others had. there is a slight lag between the remote and the tv. but not enough to bother me. I have a Samsung phone and tablet, as well as an account do set up was extremely easy. No problems connecting my dvd player via HDMI nor any issues connecting my bluetooth earbuds. The soynd is quite loud on 100%, but not so loud playing a dvd. I'm returning that and have ordered something else. I found this tv easy ro navigate and use, and I'm 74 but pretty tech savvy. Also the picture is great. I find the remote the same as others I've had and easy to use. There was no screen protector on when I got it, that I can tell. I also love that I can access Samsung TV Plus!! I will be keeping this tv.

Great little TV

I wanted a tv to fit in my faux mantle. This one fit. There seems to be a little shadowing on the top of the screen at times. Time will tell if it gets worse or if it is just from what I am watching at the time. Over all a good TV.

Seems to be a good TV for the price.

A good size screen which gives great crisp images. The sound is also good no need to add speakers.. Great quality at a great price. Worth getting this brand. Easy install. 👍🏼

Samsung brand is a Great buy

TV is fine.

Installation not as easy as it used to be (to me)
Used to plug and play.
Now- if you choose to install with their app- it's a PAIN

Skip the app and use the remote to install. You can skip ALOT using the remote.
The app won't let you SKIP. Boo.

Skip the app. Use the REMOTE to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I want to comment on website experience. At tge checkout, there should be no more options so one could not get confused, revisit again and again. One should checkout easily and with peace of mind. Ok, the product quality was 8/10 on ROI , also no key was available in the pack for screws.

difficult to figure out how to work remote. Did not come with user manual. I have to search online for help. Unfortunately I threw the box away,or I'd be returning it for a Roku TV.

not for seniors

Instructions are terrible. I could not get my tv to get a channel. Somehow (I didnt do it) i finally got a tv channel. Sound is extremely low. I have it set at 62 and can barely hear it. I am shocked for a Samsung. Would definetly not recommend this tv. Waste of money(even at the bargain price).

This tv is suppose to be a 2025! It doesn't preform like one. My Amazon tv from 2023 preforms way better and actually has voice command that works. The tv has an option for voice but the remote doesn't.This tv is very slow with every button you press , even when it shows your connection is at its best. Then you HAVE to have an account to download apps BUT you have to find (search bar) the apps to download them

JUST DAWNED ON ME, I SHOULD'VE GOT ANOTHER AMAZON
