This treadmill is not like any others I've used. I was inspired to purchase a commercial level treadmill last year after a stay at a hotel. We have had it for a year and use it every weekday and on the weekends if we have bad weather. The screen is the perfect size to be interactive with the iFit trainers. The treadmill adjusts seamlessly. My fitness level has increased tremendously because it is so fun and easy to hop on and follow a iFit series. There are hundreds of workouts to follow at all different levels to chose from. I've learned more from the trainers than I have in all my years of training at the gym or on my own. If you're considering this purchase...do not hesitate.

Best Purchase I've Ever Made!!!

NordicTrack

My First NordicTrack machine was a 1995 ski trainer. I still have it and still use it. But after war injuries led to 15 years away from most activity, I finally got a NordicTrack treadmill. OUTSTANDING results! iFIT is a fully immersive training environment. With the iFIT trainer and the interactive heart rate feature, I am gradually reclaiming my body and my fitness. It will be a long road, but I am already much further down it than I could have imagined. I am so impressed I am going to get a Fusion CST for strength training.

Immersive Experience

After doing substantial research and comparisons with other high-end treadmills, I decided to go with the new 2450. I purchased this treadmill in January 2024 and have now been using it for 5 months. 
It’s initial purpose was to keep my training on track during inclement weather where it wasn’t safe to go outside (thunderstorms, tropical storms, hurricanes, severe winter storms) or during those seasonal transition weeks where it’s super dark still at 6 am/5pm (my area isn’t known for its pedestrian-friendly drivers), or when we’re in heat advisories on long run days. 
Not only did this treadmill get used during those times, but even more often than intended! I used to HATE and dread the treadmill—no more!! The iFit membership has been awesome with the guided/scenic runs but beyond the runs—it even assists in strength, recovery, and yoga to help mitigate injury. PLUS—you do not need an iFit membership to use the treadmill at all if you don’t find it useful or need to save some on expenses. 
I cannot recommend this treadmill enough! The large screen keeps me engaged and the quietness of the unit doesn’t make me worry about waking up the rest of household if I opt to use it during those times when most are sleeping, especially when I use my Bluetooth headphones. There’s only a couple of items I wish it had—but rumor has it those features are in Beta now, so soon, this Cadillac of treadmills will be more than I could’ve asked for! No more “dreadmill” for me—I look forward to using it!

No more dreading the Treadmill!

We’ve had our treadmill for a few months and totally love it! It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I especially like the iFIT package. It includes walk, run, and hiking workouts with a variety of trainers. There are also HIIT training programs an even yoga. With the iFIT App you don’t even need to be near your machine. I’ll use a gym membership again!

Loving it!

Got the 2450 about a month ago. Since then I've completed about 20 runs with Tommy Rivs' Iberian running series. Such a great way to get back into fitness. The workouts are great and the machine feels solid. I enjoy the fact that the treadmill self adjusts to the workout speed and inclines. Super happy with the purchase.

Worth it!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our NordicTrack Commercial 2450 - Not only does it help us get in shape, but, with the iFit subscription, it also allows us to see places in the world we would never dream of seeing!!

Outstanding Product!

I recently purchased a new treadmill and decided to order through Sam's Club since they offered the fastest delivery timeline compared to other retailers. I was eager to get my new treadmill set up as soon as possible. Sam's did exactly what they promised (no complaints at all). However, I quickly realized that the "white glove" service offered NordicTrack would have been worth the investment. With Sam's Club, the treadmill was simply delivered to my garage in a large, heavy, crated box. I then had to hire a company to get the box upstairs in my home (it's 300lbs). Lastly, assembly required two people, so I had to wait to get help and it still took almost two hours. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with the white glove service, even if it meant a slightly longer delivery time. 

While the faster delivery from Sam's Club was convenient, the lack of full-service delivery ended up costing me in the long run. If you're planning on keeping this anywhere other than the garage or are not a fan of a 14-step assembly process, I suggest you pause before buying at a different retailer (the price is the same everywhere).

I was impatient, don't be like me....

When I first acquired the treadmill, I was first fearful of durability. Thoughts of it breaking down just after warranty was my concern, so I had my whole family of six adults beat upon that thing hard enough for months. But it didn’t break. And now everyone is satisfied and we’re now down to our less frequent routines of once or twice a week, it is serving us faithfully. This treadmill is robust, reliable, comfortable to your feet, and it is simple to use and maintain. I have received the care kit, though I am yet to use it. I just dust it off with my clean paintbrushes every weekend. 
If I were to lower my ratings, it’ll not be by a whole star— maybe just a tenth because of your relationship with iFit; it complicates things a little because I want to use manual mode with my own music or quietly but still be able to save my workout without having to pay a ransom to iFit. Because of that I removed one stay anyway.

Flexible

This treadmill comes with a really nice monitor. You might think that with such a nice monitor, you could easily stream whatever app you wanted to watch. But Nordictrack restricts it to only iFit. I’m sure they must have a deal with iFit, or they own it, who knows. I just know it’s very disappointing to have that restriction on such an expensive piece of equipment. There are apparently ways to hack around this roadblock, but I shouldn’t have to. No way I would by this treadmill again.

Don’t buy if you want to watch anything other than iFit

If you like your treadmills to break every 6 months or so then this is the treadmill for you!! This is literally the worst treadmill I have owned. I'm on my 2nd one, in the last year and a half and it has broken again. Both times it's been the frame. I run on it 4-5 times a week, no more than 30-40 minutes. I really just want a reliable treadmill that I can use without it breaking down. These are not cheap machines and all I really want is a refund so I can purchase a more reliable brand.
As someone who never writes reviews. . take it from me, look elsewhere for a treadmill. Do not buy this one.
