Instructions

An all-around kitchen workhorse, this is likely to become one of your most reached-for cookware pieces because of its versatility. Spanning two burners, this cast aluminum griddle offers a generously sized cooking surface coated with ceramic. The nonstick ceramic helps make the release of foods and cleanup easy. One of the brilliant design features of this griddle is its gently sloped surface, which encourages grease and liquid to drain away from food toward a collection well at the front lip of the griddle. Tall sides keep splatters inside the griddle and off of your stovetop for mess-free cooking, and they serve a secondary purpose too; when flipping slippery foods such as fried eggs or sausage links, push the food up against the tall sidewall with a spatula to keep it from scooting away across the surface of the griddle as you try to handle it. For use on gas, electric and glass top stoves, as well as outdoor grills over medium to low heat. Sized for 2-4 portions of most foods. Proudly made by Nordic Ware, a family-owned company.

We're really enjoying this stovetop griddle. So far we've used it to make breakfast twice and fajitas for dinner one night. I cook for 6-7 per meal so the generous size works well for my crew. It's  really heavy duty and a breeze to clean. Highly recommend!

Great for families

I love this new addition to my kitchen. I keep it on my stove at all times. It’s so nice to only have one thing to clean instead of several pans. It’s been great for breakfast to cook, eggs, bacon, and sausage all at the same time. So easy to clean as well. I just use a sponge and it looks back to new. Highly recommend.

Great Griddle

Oh my goodness. This is so great!! I make homemade corn tortillas and the only thing I don't like about this when making tortillas is that its slanted and sometimes the tortilla slides down.  But it makes awesome pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc. I really enjoy this pan.

I received my order just in time to make my birria taco's I had just purchased. I used very little spray oil, and they came out perfect,  without and burning or cheese sticking. I couldn't wait to make pancakes the next morning, which also cooked evenly and had just the right amount of color without burning,  while having the crispy edges that I like. Cleaning couldn't be any easier,  because without just a few swipes of a soapy sponge,  it was just like new.

Versatile for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

This is a reat quality griddle. NordicWare is a brand I have purchased before and this is another terrific piece. I hand used this so far to do breakfast items and a hibachi dinner for my family. We will definitely use this weekly.

Awesome griddle!

I love this griddle! I was able to cook bacon, hash browns and eggs all at once on this griddle on the top of my stove! Ive also been able to recreate the hibachi experience with chicken, vegetables and rice all at once! I highly recommend it.

This stovetop griddle is amazing!   It’s very sleek, light weight with an easy to handle.  The once heated the surface maintains an even temperature.  The non-stick coating also makes for effortless cleaning.

bought this  2 or 3 years ago. warped slightly after  a few use's but would level out after pre heating, progressively getting worse. now getting to the point of being useless on range. may try it for bbq grill
