I recently got this set of small prep, bake and serve sheet pans, and they’ve quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. The compact size is perfect for toaster ovens, which makes them great for small meals, reheating leftovers, or baking just a few cookies at a time without using the full-size oven.

The pans feel sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like some smaller bakeware can be. They heat evenly in both my toaster oven and regular oven, so food cooks consistently without burnt edges or undercooked centers. I’ve used them for roasting vegetables, baking chicken, and even making small sheet pan desserts.

Another thing I like is that they’re easy to clean. Food doesn’t stick much, especially with a little parchment paper or light greasing, and they wash up quickly by hand.

Overall, these small sheet pans are practical, durable, and perfect for everyday use. If you cook in smaller portions or use a toaster oven often, they’re definitely worth having in your kitchen. I'd recommend them. Anyone can use them, whether you live alone and dont need the big sheet or if you have little eaters that need quick meals. Hard to find these sized backing sheets. I'll be getting more.

Must have sheet pans

These are fantastic little pans. They are heavy weight, cook beautifully, and clean up so well. We use them frequently to make individual servings of nachos in the oven, but they can be used for all kinds of things. This brand always has super quality products.

Great buy

These 1/8th sheet pans are perfect for a layered cake, small batch brownies, snack trays, or simply to for small trays. The size is perfect for a toaster oven, RV oven, or a square type air fryer. I have also used them to carry foods to the grill, and crafting. They are aluminum, so foods will stick, simply use a good baking spray, parchment sheets or silicone mats.

Nordic wear eighth sheets are the perfect size for heating up a quick snack or are also great for using as a family night fun plate. Loved using to bake two cookies for a sweet treat. I didn’t have to dirty a large baking dish so it was the perfect size!

Great, festive little party trays. My kids love them for snack plates and they can go in the oven. Only downside is they do not recommend dishwashing. I would recommend for easy summer parties with kids.

I absolutely love these little pans! We entertain a lot and we have a smoker and a Blackstone so we are constantly transporting meats/veggies back and forth.. these work great for that or for a small meat that we want to keep separate from others! I have these I the bigger size too! I love these pans!

Small baking/serving pans! Very handy for grilling

These 1/8th sheets cute, durable and functional. My air fryer was not large enough to fit these sheets. Probably would fit better in the tray style fryer. I did use them prep stations and straight to the oven. Easy to clean,  but i would not recommend cutting on them.

I love these sheet pans! This pack comes with 4 sheets, they stack easy for storage and are very versatile. I use mine for cooking vegetables, chicken nuggets, cookies. The pans do have  to be hand washed otherwise they become discolored. They are great quality and would recommend.

Set of 4 Nordic Wave Naturals

I love these pans! They are so versatile. Great for baking small items in the oven or toaster oven! I love them! The quality is fantastic! I do a lot of cooking and baking and will be using them a lot. It’s a perfect size to warm up leftovers. It’s a fun option to serve food on too, especially an outdoor cookout. I will be buying more to use for this exact purpose. Highly recommended!

Quality, Versatile and Kind of Adorable

I was hoping I could fit two of these in my toaster oven,  but unfortunately they are a smidge too big. Otherwise they work well, and I think a great addition to our kitchen. Definitely will use for reheating single servings in the toaster oven. Possibly also for serving burgers and such during the summer. I am sure there are other ways we will use them too, haven't considered all our options yet!

Good value

I'll be returning these. Put them in dishwasher before first use and they look horrible. Aluminum is dull and stained.
