Nordic Ware 3-Piece Crisping and Roasting Set with Lid

Instructions

The Nordic Ware 3pc oven crisping set includes a high sided baking sheet, a perforated multi-purpose rack, and a lid to cater to a variety of needs. These range from crisping and air frying to prepping, grilling, storing, and even decorating cookies or cooling cakes.

Use the pan and rack together to crisp foods in the oven like bacon, roast vegetables, tots, fries, or any of your favorite frozen foods. The elevated rack provides airflow for in-oven air frying, resulting in foods that crisp faster than sitting on a traditional baking sheet and are browned on all sides.

Use the rack and pan in combination to glaze cookies or cakes without leaving a mess on your counter. Need to dry prep foods for the grill? This set has you covered. You can easily season and dry foods before using the pan as a vessel to bring food outdoors to cook.

Pop the lid on for easy storing of leftovers or for transit to a party. The lid is conveniently flat for ease of stacking food in the fridge or on the counter.

The rack and pans can also be used separately from each other. The rack not only cools food but can be turned upside down like a grill basket to easily glaze chicken wings or roast foods without falling through the grates of a grill or smoker.

The pan can be used on its own to bake family-sized portions of cobblers, thick bars, cakes, and even savory foods like a family-sized egg bake, casserole, vegetables, and roast meats. Extra high sides help keep foods contained while baking or stirring while roasting foods.

Pan and rack conveniently clean up fast. Once you use them, you’ll understand why uncoated aluminum sheet pans are an indispensable classic in both professional and home kitchens alike.

Proudly made in the USA by Nordic Ware, a family-owned company.

Brownie Baking

Bacon in the oven is the best way to cook in my opinion. Plus, you don’t have to watch it constantly. I like that it has a cover so you can also use the pan for a sheet cake or even a charcuterie tray. Easy clean up too! Grease and bacon residue was easy off while cleaning.

Tray and cover, perfect combo

This is my new favorite pan set! It’s a half sheet size with high sides so when I cook bacon on it no grease overflows. I am loving the crisping pan insert because the grease goes down the holes and the food is less greasy. The lid is really nice for when I make scotcharoos or other desserts. There are no coatings on this pan, it’s just aluminum which for me is a bonus. Plus, it’s made in the USA! All the pieces clean up easily, if something is stuck on I just soak a washcloth and lay it on that spot for 10 minutes and it comes right off. I cannot recommend the set enough, I absolutely love it! I plan on buying another, so I always have a dessert pan and a roasting pan on hand.

My new favorite pan set!

This thing is the official GOAT in our house. I despise frying bacon because the smell sticks in my opinion. My first item prepared was baking bacon and it was amazing! The kids like theirs a little softer than my husband and I, so easy to pull theirs off and throw ours back in to finish up. I’ve also done Brussel sprouts in the bottom with back on the rack…amazing! And a pan of manicotti too. So many options, I’m going to try a sheet cake recipe this weekend to see how it turns out!

Multi-Purpose, good addition to my kitchen!

This crisper pan is amazingly convenient. The crisper tray keeps your food from getting
soggy and having a form fitting lid is super helpful for travel and storage.

Handy & Convenient

I bought this to use as a roasting pan for my Thanksgiving turkey. It handled my 15½ lb turkey just fine. Left it with my granddaughter so she now has a nice ½-sheet cake pan with a lid.

Glad I purchased

The Nordic Ware 3-piece crisper baking sheet is great and works like its supposed to. It's natural aluminum with no no-stick coating. The crisper insert was great. We baked some frozen chicken cordon bleu and it came out great. They were nice and crispy. The cheese did leak out and get baked onto the aluminum but afrlter letting it soak for a bit, everything easily came off. The lid will come in handy for cup cakes or covering what was baked.

Easy clean up.

I love the size of this pan. It is huge and deep! I mostly use this type of pan for cooking bacon, but I tried cooking vegetables on the grill (just turn the crisper insert upside down) and it worked great.
I cleaned the pan once by hand and have since just put it in the dishwasher. The dishwasher did discolor it a little bit like the instructions say it will, but cleaning each individual hole was a pain. I ended up using a toothbrush to clean the inner rings.

Great pan, requires extra cleanup

Definitely a great buy for the price. Love the size and versatility of the set. The crisper is wonderful, however using any type of cooking spray will leave your food … not crisp lol
Overall though, very pleased with the set.

Glad I caught this set on sale!

I love the size of this and how to had a lid. I also love the concept of it. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it was dish washer safe. It does say you can but it says for it to last longer to hand wash it.

Must have

So I love a few things about this - the lid is super nice if you need to take food somewhere else, I also like the crisper tray to use for vegetables to cook on the grill. What doesnt work so well is the crisper aspect in the oven. I couldn't notice any difference between baking oven fries on the crisper vs. on the baking sheet.

Its okay

Not good
