Only NICORETTE is the one to be bought.

I have successfully quit smoking using the Original 4 mg Nicorette.
It has a unique texture and tastes like it means business. Unfortunately, that hasn't been duplicated in the generic versions of the nicotine gum.
For some reason, the Original Nicorette isn't carried at any of the Sam's Clubs in my area.
They do carry the flavored and sweet Nicorette, but if I wanted that, I would just buy regular chewing gum.
