I see some people have just opened the boxes and think there are cushions missing - when you completely unpack everything you will see the other cushions are tucked away under the loveseat frames.  I thought the same thing as I was opening mine but was pleased to find them later.  It is a wonderful set of furniture -  see my original review.

Missing cushions - Here is where they are

We just picked ours up today, so we've not been able to actually use it. We received the 3 boxes everyone is describing, all were sealed %26 in good condition. All boxes were packed to the brim. But, we are missing 4 of the back cushions! We should have 6 bottoms and 6 back cushions. I honestly don't know where the other 4 could have been packed, but we definitely need them. I'm calling tomorrow.  Anyone else have issues with cushions missing? And, if you received all 12 cushions, where in the world were they in the packing? The bottom cushions were sealed in plastic bags. The 2 back cushions were each in a box.

Missing cushions

we have been looking at this set for a while and finally bought it. if you dont mind making 3 trips it does fit in a honda odyssey with the middle seats removed.

This is a sweet seating set! The cushions are very plush and super comfortable. The chairs and the loveseats both rock and is a huge bonus. The fire pit is also very cool, I like that you can open and close it, making it usable as both a fire pit and a table.

Love the set. Straight forward assembly. Only needed to assemble the Fire Table and attach the base to the two chairs.  Both loveseats were already assembled. 
Warning: The 3 boxes are huge. I could barely fit them in a large rented Home Depot cargo van.

Satisfied Purchaser

This is a great deal! The love seat pieces rock which was a fun surprise. I could see myself sitting and chatting with friends and family for a while. The fact that the chairs also swivel is a great feature. Seems like these pieces would fair well in the weather well and be easy to clean.

I might have shown up with a pickup truck but because I read the reviews I knew I needed a truck & trailer to get it all home in one trip.  Very happy with this purchase; love that covers came with the furniture; assembly was minimal & straight forward; the quality is very good for the price; pleased it has a 5 year warranty. Thus far, the only negative was that  I opted out of the extended warranty (initially purchased) b/c although the advertisement indicated the cushions were covered … the fine print indicated for all intensive purposes, they actually were not!

Glad I read the reviews

The product seemed like pretty nice quality and comfortable when viewing the display model in the store.   It took 2 trucks with 6.5' beds to bring the 3 boxes home, each  were on wood pallets.  One truck had to drive with the tailgate down.

When I got home to assemble this, I noticed that the metal frame on the bottom of the loveseat was bent inwards so the feet were not making proper contact on one side.   I don't know if this was due to shipping but we are now contacting the included phone number to see about getting a new frame sent over to replace it.

Good quality, but had some damage

We chose curbside pickup to save on shipping, however we did need to rent a UHaul since the 3 boxes are very large and heavy, they wouldn’t fit in the back of our  truck without multiple trips.(renting the UHaul was still cheaper than the shipping cost). Furniture was easy to assemble, but you did need space to unpack the large boxes, and somewhere to dispose of all the trash. One of our cushions was ripped in multiple areas, but customer service was great in sending us a replacement cushion. Would highly recommend this set.

Worth it!

I love the set...but you should be aware of the idea of "some assembly required" meaning it's quick. The three huge boxes were delivered with 2 of these boxes stacked on a large pallet (that I now have to deal with because the delivery people didn't bother just sliding the cartons off and removing their pallet...1 star for that phase!).  
I am 75 and  was a general contractor for 30  years before retiring. I put together things pretty quickly, and everything fit together well...but unpacking (these are expertly packaged and protected!) but opening the heavy cardboard, unpacking, and assembly does take 3 hours...for one strong man.  
Looks great, pleased with the set, everything fit well...not a quick thing to get completed.

Product came damaged among other issues.   Called and spoke to customer service several times and each time I was disconnected and not one customer service ever called me back.   We are still in possession of the damaged loveseat and even though Sam’s club was supposed to set up an appointment to have it picked up, it is still sitting outside the side of our house.   Your customer service department is by far the worst I have ever dealt with and it is still an ongoing problem.   Even the so called supervisors made promises , hung up and never called back.   I will NEVER order an item from Sam’s Club to be delivered again!!
