My family used this yeast to make homemade pizza dough, and the pizzas did not disappoint! The crust came out nice crispy, with the center being soft and full of flavor. We made hand tossed style and pan, and both came out delicious! Next time we're trying out homemade bagels and I can't wait!

Great buy

I used this yeast to make the most delicious cinnamon rolls. They turned out perfectly! I'm excited to try more recipes. I love how big the packages are allowing for lots of use/recipes. It's always nice to be able to make a recipe in one day with this instant yeast.

Fantastic product

I've been really impressed with Member's Mark Red Instant Dry Yeast. It activates quickly and consistently, and gives me a very reliable rise. I used it on this bread loaf and it turned out wonderfully.  It gives the bread a very nice flavor especially if it is left to rise a bit longer.  The yeast is fresh, easy to measure, and works great without having to dissolve in water, which saves time in the kitchen. The granules are very similar to any other dry yeast.  They mix in well and incorporate with no problems. I feel like the Members Mark Red yeast has the same quality as any of the other off the shelf yeast brands and for those who do a lot of baking, the affordability and quantity of the two pack is a great benefit.

Great tasting instant yeast

So I received this and first off I was shocked how big the package was . Was expecting little packets but it's 300 servings in the container . 🫙 have not baked with it as of yet but I did google what to make with active dry yeast and someone mentioned making a paste with the yeast and water and putting it on damp hair and let sit for 30 min . Provides essential vitamins for hair and improves shine and manageability. I am impressed so far .

Serves more purpose than just bread and pizza ……..

This instant yeast works as it should and delivers great results. The package says it's recommended for bread and pizza crust, but I used it to make cinnamon rolls and they turned out perfectly soft and fluffy. The yeast was easy to use, activated quickly, and the dough rose just as expected. I'm excited to continue using it for other baking uses. Would recommend.

Perfect for baking!

O has to try this yeast, I've used other brands and honestly take a long time to rise. This one surprised me not only because of how quickly rises and that it contains less sugar than other brands. We decided to make pizza over the weekend with my family and everyone was delighted with the results.

Very good yeast

The Member's Mark Red Instant Dry Yeast is a reliable and budget-friendly option for both beginner and experienced home bakers. The instant format is extremely convenient because it can be mixed directly into dry ingredients without needing to be activated in warm water, saving time and reducing extra steps. I've used this yeast for homemade bread, pizza dough, and dinner rolls, and it consistently delivers strong, even rises with great texture and flavor.

Must need for baking!

I originally planned to use this yeast for baking but didn't get the chance due to time constraints. What I did do is take a few of my meals (Red Beans and Rice and Curry chicken sauce) that I add flour to by adding a small amount of yeast while cooking to experiment with the textures of the sauces. The granules dissolved easily, blended smoothly, and appeared fresh with no clumping.

I also like that the packaging is well-sealed and easy to store, and the 1-lb size offers great value for frequent bakers. While I didn't test rise performance in dough, my experience with the texture, freshness, and packaging quality was positive, and I would still use it for baking in the future.

Fresh, Fine Granules That Blend Well

This yeast is very active and almost immediately upon adding warm water, was foaming. It does not lax Mo and was easy to stir into the water. While proofing, my dough rose faster than expected. I used it to make yeast rolls, pizza dough, English muffins and gluten free sandwich bread. The yeast showed consistent rising across the different recipes. It also comes in a foil pouch which makes it easy to store fairly airtight. The flavor is rich and slightly sweet, which I prefer.

Great big bag of yeast

First off, we really wanted to give this a shot because it is unique. We are familiar with using wet yeast, but dry yeast not so much. This is meant to be more of an additive to what you are already baking, so it is taking us some getting to used to, but I think it will be well worth it once we find the right approach.

Yeast with a twist

No one at the Club has any idea about this product. Was advised the Fleischmann's was out of stock to return the following week. I've gone back 3 weeks in a row and they STILL do not have it. Not even the Member's Mark brand at the store. This is horrible Service not knowing what to tell customers after multiple times recommending they return in a week.
