If you’re on a low salt diet this is the seasoning for you. Better texture than powder and great taste.

This Members Mark Granulated Garlic is good. I use it in most of cooking and it's good in potato salad as well. The price is reasonable and it last a long time. Glad I made the purchase.

Granulated garlic has more taste than powder.

The garlic powder is good - nice flavor and fine granules.  The bad rating is for the container.  Imagine using a salt shaker with quarter inch holes.  That's what you get; garlic granules the size of a grain of salt pouring out of 3 quarter inch holes.  I really like garlic flavor, but not that strong.
