Our favorite pre-made burger patty, they are nice size, thick and flavorful. I normally stock up on them during the Spring for our camping trips in the summer. We are a family of four so one pkg makes two meals. They are our normal easy “Friday night” meal.

MM Brisket burger patties

These burgers are great tasting. I cook them on the grill and they are so tender and the taste is excellent. We eat them without a bun, like a chopped steak. We don't get any other type of burger. These are top notch burgers, you won't go wrong.

These burgers cooked up so delicious! Minimal shrinkage and great flavor! Spiced them up a bit and threw them on the Traeger and they were perfectly, juicy burgers.

Delicious pre shaped burgers

We have had multiple purchases, and they have all had great flavor and retain a substantial size each time we have grilled them.  All we added was small amount of seasoning salt.  We eat them as hamburgers or use the meat as the main dish to go with a salad or sliced tomatoes and cottage cheese.  Have two more packages in the freezer to be grilled in the near future.

The ones that I had gotten in the past didn’t have a fat level on them but they cooked like 85-15, these now say 80-20 but they cooked liked 75-25 I had flames over a foot high on the so we had to fry them instead

They changed the fat level from last year

I loved the prime rib burgers Sam’s used to carry. Bought these since I couldn’t find those. These are awful. They flare constantly because of the fat content. They also shrink a ton. Probably only good on a blackstone.
