The cooking instructions are somewhat unhelpful because if you did what they asked you'd end up with very well done croissants. If you want flakey croissants that don't teeter or being burnt, do the following:

1. preheat to 375
2. stack two sheet pans and put the croissants with ample space on top of the second
3. bake for 13 minutes
4. turn temp down to 300
5. cook for another 10 minutes or until done

this will ensure you get an evenly baked and puffed out croissant without overdoing it

I am really in love with these croissants! A perfect match of buttery flakiness that makes me want one just thinking about it! These delicious croissants are perfect for sandwiches or by themselves, they have a buttery sweetness to them that it too addictive, the quality, quantity, and price for them make me crumble for them every time I shop at my local Sam’s club!

These are the best commercially made croissants you can buy. They are soft, flaky, and buttery. My daughter begs me to buy them every time we are in Sam's.

Excellent Croissants

I love to make serving plain sandwiches seem fancy by using croissants in place of bread.  Light and flaky and always delicious.  Sometimes I even just eat them with butter for a treat.

Taste is pretty good but always over baked. I have brought this to their attention many of times. It's to bad they cant make a small adjustment to their baking time to make these perfect!

Over baking

I bought the crescent on Dec 3rd, they had a use by date of Dec 5th, and they were already going stale. They were dry and not flakey at all.  The one I ate I tried to warm in the microwave to soften, but did not work. The price on the large rack was reduced. I know why. Not good.

You Change cottage cheese . It's awful bring Kemps back. 

Your Members mark paper toweling doesn't rip on perforated  line. Can I write to the company? Second case bought same problem

Unhappy

Well, they had been my favorite, but this time, they were stale, birds and dogs ate them, i hate a couple because I was hungry. From now on I will check on the date. I had asked if they had fresh ones but I would have had to wait a longtime. Totally disappointed. I should have brought them back.

Member's Mark All Butter Sandwich Croissants, 12 c

I have no idea what is happened to these. I buy them all the time and, they are starting to get smaller and smaller each time. The last two times I've purchased them, extremely dry and dark and did not taste very good. I don't know if they've changed the recipe or not but, I do know they've gotten a lot smaller and the flavor and consistency has changed.
