Member's Mark 15-Piece Hard Anodized Nonstick Aluminum Cookware Set

Instructions

The Member's Mark™ 15-Piece Hard Anodized Nonstick Aluminum Cookware Set combines quick, even heating with easy-release nonstick performance and everyday durability for weeknight cooking, meal prep, and larger batch meals.

Complete 15-Piece Set (Pans + Lids)

This set includes 9 pieces of cookware plus 6 tempered glass lids (15 total pieces). Each piece is made with an aluminum body, a hard-anodized exterior, and a nonstick interior with a durable Platinum triple coating. Stainless-steel casting handles are double-riveted and designed for a comfortable grip. Glass lids are covered by a stainless-steel rim, and saucepan lids include built-in straining holes and pour spouts for easier draining and pouring.

2-qt. covered saucepan with straining lid and pour spouts

3-qt. covered saucepan with straining lid and pour spouts

4-qt. covered saucepan with straining lid and pour spouts

5.5-qt. covered deep sauté pan with tempered glass lid

8" sauté pan (no lid)

10" sauté pan (no lid)

12" sauté pan (no lid)

5-qt. covered Dutch oven with tempered glass lid

8-qt. covered stockpot with tempered glass lid

Hard-Anodized Aluminum for Fast, Even Heat

Aluminum is known for fast heat transfer and even heat distribution for consistent results across the pan. The hard-anodized exterior is specially treated to make the metal stronger, improve its resistance to abrasion, and help prevent chemicals from leaching into food. It is also two times harder than stainless steel and is very hard to scratch.

Platinum Nonstick Performance for Everyday Cooking

The Platinum triple nonstick coating helps food release easily and supports cooking with less oil or grease. The nonstick interior also makes cleanup faster, helping reduce scrubbing and scraping that can damage cooking surfaces.

Pan-by-Pan Versatility for Meals Big and Small

The 8", 10", and 12" sauté pans are ideal for everyday tasks like frying, sautéing, and searing.

The 2-qt., 3-qt., and 4-qt. saucepans make it easy to simmer sauces, cook grains, or warm soups, and the straining lids with pour spouts help streamline draining and serving.

The 5.5-qt. deep sauté pan is built for larger one-pan meals, from browning ingredients to finishing with a simmer under the lid.

The 5-qt. Dutch oven is a go-to for chili, braises, and other covered stovetop or oven recipes.

The 8-qt. stockpot handles larger batches like pasta, soups, and stocks.

Quick-Glance Compatibility and Heat Limits

Cooktop compatibility: Works on gas, electric, and ceramic glass stovetops; not suitable for induction cooktops.

Oven safe: Cookware is oven safe up to 450°F (232°C) without lids and up to 350°F (176°C) with lids.

Lid construction: Tempered, shatter-resistant glass lids with stainless-steel rims; saucepans include straining holes and pour spouts.

Care and Storage That Helps Preserve the Nonstick

Cleaning: Dishwasher safe; hand washing is recommended.

Before first use: Hand wash in warm, soapy water.

After cooking: Let cookware cool completely before running cold water on it to help avoid warping.

Nonstick care: Clean with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive dishcloth or sponge, then dry with a soft towel.

Storage: Pieces can be stacked; place towels or silicone cookware protectors between pans to help protect the nonstick interior.

Utensils and Handle Notes

To help keep the nonstick interior in top condition, avoid utensils with sharp corners that could damage the coating. Soft tools made of wood, nylon, or silicon are recommended. The stainless-steel handles should stay cool on the stovetop; use a potholder when handling cookware from the oven.

Frequently Asked Questions

What pieces are included in the Member's Mark 15-Piece Hard Anodized Nonstick Aluminum Cookware Set?

2-, 3-, and 4-qt covered saucepans; 5.5-qt covered deep sauté pan; 8", 10", and 12" sauté pans; 5-qt covered Dutch oven; 8-qt covered stockpot.

How does this set add up to 15 pieces?

There are 9 cookware pieces plus 6 tempered glass lids (lids are included for all pieces except the 8", 10", and 12" sauté pans).

Does this cookware set include utensils or extra accessories?

No utensils are listed as included; the set includes the pots and pans plus tempered glass lids.

Are lids included, and do they have any special features?

Tempered glass lids are included (except for the 8", 10", and 12" sauté pans). Purchased this as a new “starter” pots and pans for our son and his wife. For the money.. I gotta say wow! A lot of pans and non stick. Who could ask for more!?

Great price!

Arrived well packaged Looks great. They are light, and easy to handle and maneuver around. So far I can not find anything wrong with them. They were in the top 3 on consumer report for quality and all that. Which is why I bought them. I think it was a good choice.

What excellent quality

Great set of pots and pans that feel substantial and well constructed. For the price, you get so much and it is a very complete set. I have recommended it to multiple family members and I highly recommend this as a housewarming gift if you're feeling generous. Or a treat for yourself if you want a good set of pans!

Well worth money

This is my second set of cookware in 2 years. I used this at a relative's house and had to have it even though I didn't need another cookware set. The spouts on the saucepans are ingenious. All saucepans should have these. I make hot chocolate the old fashioned way. I can pour into the mug without spilling a drop. Whole set is nice and heavy. Handles are high quality. This is the best set of cookware you can get, IMHO. My first set is a fancy name brand and this set is better. I am putting my old set in the charity pile.

Excellent quality amazing set

I bought a previous version of this set well over a decade a go and it was still in great shape, but I wanted this updated set because I like the new lids. I can already tell I'll be loving them for years to come and my daughter in law was the happy recipient of my previous set. I always recommend these to anyone looking for a quality kitchen starter set.

Every thing you need for your day to day cooking.

Had bought the Hex Clad TYPE pans and pots and they were terrible! Everything stuck to them, even when using more oil than necessary. But these pots and pans are AMAZING! No sticking. Easy cleanup. They just work as advertised.

Couple of hints. First, get some good silicone utensils. Never use metal! Second, buy some pan protectors if you'll be stacking these when not in use. You'll thank me later! And ALWAYS clean them soon after use BY HAND!

Excellent set for the money! But do these things..

I am a home cook and I cook everyday. I did a lot of research before chosing this set. I just say, these are outstanding pots and pans. I opened the box and seasoned them per the instructions. It's not hard but it does take about an hour to wash, season, lightly wash again all of the pots and pans. I also washed the lids at the same time. Three instructions say don't cook on high heat which I thought was insane and would take forever to boil water. But I decided to follow directions and only go up to medium-ish (I have a gas stove). I noticed these pots/pans conduct and hold heat way better than the last brand I owned (Rachael Ray barely lasted 5 years). There really is no need to cook on high now. The cooking all seems even. The pots/pans stay hot longer even when the heat is turned off. So the food doesn't get cold right away so there is no rush to serve/eat. The sizes of the pots/pans are a great variety. Some of the bigger ones I won't use often, but I'm glad I have them in the event I do need them for a party or larger gathering. The handles do not get hot so they are safe. These pots can be heavy (when full) for someone with weak wrists. But I guess that's why they retain heat so well. My only wish is that this set had a small pot. One that is small enough for a can of green beans/baked beans. There are no tiny pots like that in this set. But the next size up is fine to use, but just seems like a lot of pot for one can of beans. Other than that, this is a terrific set and I would highly recommend for anyone.

Great set for anyone

I have use this set everyday since i bought it for my daughter. I was testing it out and it met all my requirements as a set, but for one thing only. It didn't have a steamer basket in the set. I would tap the side to see if it would chip, it passed. I checked it to see if something burnt would stick, it passed. I checked it for sratches by using cooking tools that are not plastic, it passed. Now, for the last test is the test of time

15-Piece Hard Anodized nonstick cook

I am really pleased with the quality of the finish on this set. Food does not stick. I believe most families would prefer a 1-quart saucepan in place of the 2-, 3-, or 4-quart. Read instructions carefully (particularly; prep before using first time and do not use on high heat) and this set will last a long time.

Heavy duty nonstick set works as advertised

I was so excited to find a set of cookware that was similar to Calphalon. I gave these a 4 star rating because when you wash the glass lids, water gets trapped in them along the outside. Keep in mind I hand wash this set…no dishwasher even though you can. I am unsure how to yet drain the water out. Needless to say, if it stays trapped in, will it eventually mold and then I can no longer use the lids? Other than the water lid issue, these pans are amazing. For the price I paid on these, they are going to last me at least 10yrs if not more.

Cookware that is compatible with Calphalon

Item was defective - non-stick surface on large saute pan was missing along the top edge. Sam's Club has not been helpful at all in resolving this issue, though many promises have been made. I asked for a replacement - and was promised such. After a number of weeks and multiple phone calls I still cannot get a delivery of a replacement set up. Nothing but a run around from Member Services. I cannot get a response via email or phone. My first contact was never recorded, apparently. If this item is defective, DO NOT EXPECT SAM'S CLUB TO STAND BEHIND IT.
