Lysol Laundry Sanitizer Additive, Crisp Linen 150 fl. oz.

Keep your clothes fresh, clean and free of germs with Lysol Laundry Sanitizer! Our clothes are in constant contact with bacteria throughout our day-to-day activities, from hugging other people, brushing against contaminated surfaces and even our own bodies. Bacteria can spread from one fabric to another in the laundry basket, from the washing-machine drum to the next load. Some of these bacteria can survive following the wash cycle!

When it comes to certain laundry loads such as children's clothes or sportswear, you want to eliminate bacteria that may cause illnesses and create lingering bad smells. But detergents alone don't actually kill all bacteria. Introducing Lysol Laundry Sanitizer, an additive specially designed to kill 99.9% of bacteria in the laundry.* Simply add Lysol Laundry Sanitizer to your rinse cycle. It does not contain any chlorine bleach and even works in cold water so it's safe to use on most fabrics including whites, colors, and darks.

Detergents Alone Don't Kill Bacteria

Adding Lysol Laundry Sanitizer kills 99.9% of bacteria that detergents leave behind. (When used as directed.)

Is Washing Alone Not Enough?

Some bacteria from food, the body or other sources can survive a wash cycle. Potential infection risk with pathogenic bacteria include athlete’s foot, vaginal thrush, fungal nail. To ensure your laundry is sanitized, wash high risk items separately and simply add Lysol Laundry Sanitizer to your rinse cycle.

*Tested & Proven to Kill COVID-19 Virus* (*Kills SARS-CoV-2 during pre-soak conditions in 5 minutes), EPA Reg #777-128. (See back of packaging for details)

No matter how much I washed my towels, they always have this musty smell and I do only use the dryer. But no matter how hard I dried these or thoroughly I dried these, I couldn't get rid of this musty smell. This has been fabulous

This has improved the musty smell in my towels

This is a great product if you have smelly laundry, especially a mildew smell. No perfume smell in the regular, just a clean fresh smell that lingers for several days. My husband and I both have sensitive skin and we have no issues with this product. It's worth a try.

Great New product for smelly laundry

Best prices we have found on this sanitizer. The down side is You have to follow the directions to effectively sanitize items in the washing machine, which means waiting on the rinse cycle to add and then pause the machine for 15 minutes.
I wouldn't waste the time or money for everyday items, but for guest bedding, diapers, and kitchen towels it's a great idea.

Sanitizer for laundry if directions are followed.

Wife uses it washing dog bedding and rewashable dog mats since winter dogs do not spend a lot of time outside when it is really really cold. Vortex weather three days they don’t go out. Pipes froze so no washing laundry for three days. So when we brought the pads in from outside thawed them out two washes and sanitizing later!! Fresh fresh fresh! Does not happen that way with bleach without ruining the material!! Stocking up!!

Best stuff ever!!!

This product has completely transformed my laundry routine! I've always struggled with that persistent, musty smell in workout clothes, towels, and even bedding, no matter how much detergent or fabric softener I used. The Lysol Laundry Sanitizer Additive was the solution I had been searching for.

Using it is incredibly simple—you just add it to the fabric softener dispenser after your detergent, and it goes to work in the rinse cycle. The difference is night and day. Clothes come out smelling genuinely clean and fresh, not just masked with a fragrance. It's especially amazing for activewear; that lingering sweat odor is finally gone, and I feel confident knowing that germs are being eliminated.

It’s also been a lifesaver for my son's hockey gear and my dog's blankets. What used to require multiple washes now comes out of the machine smelling like new with a single cycle. I feel so much better knowing that the items are not just clean, but truly sanitized. This is a must-have for any household, especially one with kids, pets, or athletes. I can't recommend it enough!

An Absolute Game-Changer for Freshness!

The category "Germs" throws me off. There are supposedly NO GERMS with this product so I don't know whether to say Germs are 1 star (because they are all gone but zero stars isn't a choice) or 5 stars because the product's GERM KILLING properties are so good. I started using it during the days of COVID and kept on because of the clean fragrance. No need to worry if you don't get around to moving the laundry to the dryer right away. It still smells fresh with this product. I like this huge size; very economical.

Kills germs and leaves a fresh scent

Great for families and flu season!!!! If you have a potty training child or pet, or have family members who might have an accident, OR if your family keeps getting sick I highly recommend using this. It gets rid of odors, isn't strongly scented, and I've had no issues with my sensitive skin or with other family members.

Bye germs!

I started using this product during Covid. I continue to use this product today to make sure my clothes are really clean and sanitized. I love the clean fresh smell of my clothes. The best use of this product is for washing towels and bed sheets. Leave a clean, fresh smell in everything.

Best product ever!

This is the best stuff for laundry needs since laundry soap!! It not only deodorizes but it adds a great scent and bounce offs softness that not other product can. And it's allergen safe- so far! It's a complete need- a fulfillment to our laundry routine now! When I find it in sale I try to stock up!

Completion to my laundry needs

Hubby washes our towels and sheets with this. Would love to see something that works this well and has potentially less endocrine disrupters to use on middle schoolers' gym clothes. Good price especially when there is instant savings.

Works great but room for improvement.

If you are impressed by Lysol's anti-bacterial properties there is an alternative solution available in a much less costly product. It is called white vinegar. It also helps soften your clothes and does not have the clothes.damaging effect that the Lysol has.

Overpriced considering alternatives
