Rack was easy to assemble and all accessories were well packaged and well marked for installation.  Beware, once the rack is loaded with 72 chairs, it takes 2 people to move it across a carpeted floor.  However, if the floor is tiled, hardwood, or smooth, 1 person can easily move the rack across the room.

This cart is heavy duty and moves around great.  The wheels are better than a lot of carts out there.  Takes a bit to put it together but the instructions are really good.  Be sure to pay attention to them because at first you only hand tight some of the bolts, that does make a difference in putting it together.  We bought 2.  Note you will need a metric allen wrench to put the caps on the arms.  It didn't tell us that in the instructions so it took a bit to find the correct tool we needed since the screw heads are black and very small it was hard to tell what was needed.  But after we figured it out it was very easy!

I put together 3 of these carts. The first one took me 5 hours, then the next ones about 2.5 hours each. The cart is very solid but not that difficult to move around even fully loaded with 72 chairs. based on how they are built, the size of the wheels, etc., I expect them to last as long as the chairs do.

We purchased the 3 Lifetime chair carts and were very pleased with the quality of the racks. The carts were placed in our new 4H center and will be used a lot so the high quality is a must.

Great Quality

A bear to assemble!!!  Read the instructions and look at the pictures CAREFULLY!  There’s one where the holes look centered on the piece but, actually, they are just a LITTLE more towards one side. However, once done, it is extremely sturdy and easy to load. I’ve put together 3, one of them by myself.

Assembly is a bear! However ....

This thing is IMPOSSIBLE to steer.  We have 64 chairs on it, and I guess it's just gonna stand in a corner now.  We can't drive it anywhere!!

Was a great plan - too bad it failed us.

this rack may not fit your lifetime commercial folding chairs! We purchased 100 lifetime commercial folding chairs only to discover that Lifetime has changed the chairs so they no longer fit this rack! When questioned the Lifetime rep. suggested that perhaps our rack was too old but it has exactly the same part # as this rack. Purchase with caution!

One of the spines that holds the chairs broke after just the second day of usage.  Looking at the weld, it looks as though it was just superficially welded and it was going to break with any pressure at all.

Workmanship needs to be addressed.
