My 9 year old daughter absolutely loves it. Only downfall is the Assembly. Items were not marked or labeled so it took my husband and a family friend longer then it should have. But it’s better then we expected as far as quality! 

We live in a HIGH wind area and we knew what wouldn’t work. So far 0 issues after set up. 

We had a wood play structure before and HATED the staining of it to keep it looking nice and it broke within the first year. I don’t think we will have that issue with this set!

I bought a replacement Cargo net, and a team of very friendly installers came and put my new net on for me.  They worked fast and were very accommodating!  I was very impressed with how friendly they were.  The young lady who handled by order was also very kind and made me feel like she truly cared about helping me get me 9 year old swing set in perfect order.  Lifetime is a great company!

Great Service!

Great play set and worth the money. Horrible directions! Follow the pictures and pay close attention to the details. The little holes facing the proper way, and going in the exact order is very important. Leave all parts in the boxes, don’t lay it all out,  it makes it so much easier. Each step of the directions tells you to take this part from this box and that part from that box. Some of the threading screws weren’t machined right and broke, they luckily gave a couple extra. Called customer service and they sent some more too. About 12 hours total with myself and my husband doing it.

Kids love it! Worth the money!

Our Grand-kids are going to love this for the next 17 decades. The set went together extremely well and the 80 pages of instructions were precise, informative and fantastic. My only suggestion is that the bolts need to be 1/8th of an inch longer. Two of them were as short as my Bank Account after paying for this.

We purchased this set in may 2018. During our move, some pieces were damaged and customer service was Amazing at helping me get the replacement parts. Our kids love the double deluxe playset and I'm so impressed with the quality of the product as well as the customer service.

This is a product that will last. Really high quality, very clever design and thought out instructions. The aftersales support is also second to none. You really get what you pay for with this company. Yes it's more expensive than some playsets made overseas but it's worth every penny

Amazing quality product and service

This is an awesome set with many features and well designed.  I am 65 and my wife is 64 and we put this together in under 8 hours.  You do need a drill and all the tools they recommend.  I also think the instructions could be better (we had to undo things 4 times), the graphics could be better AND the pipes and pieces should be labeled.

Great deal..

Item arrived with a damaged box and some scratches to one pole.  Lifetime is sending a paint touch up kit so as to prevent rust but that is backordered.  
Assembly was a pain but the instructions via the app was helpful.  If possible use your own allen wrenches.  Once together a solid piece.

So far so good

I would like to share that I am very pleased with the swing set and my kids have a blast while playing on it. It is a high quality unit and appears that it will last a long time. My only complaint was the assembly time. I spent about 8 hours on assembly, but I was by myself. I recommend two or three people for assembly. Other than that I was and have been very happy with this purchase.

This swing set is great and looks amazing.  The issues we had, were none of the parts were labeled. This took additional time in finding the right piece, as well as having to go back and fix where we grabbed an identical piece. 
I do wish it had anchors for the feet.  My son and I were both swinging high and we had to stop because it was starting to come off the ground. 
With 2 of us it took about 4-5 hours,  with breaks.

If you are considering this company for ANYTHING PLEASE LOOK ELSHWHERE AS THEY DONT GIVE A DARN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!  I have been hung up on 4 out of 7 calls I made to them and the missing parts are a whole other story.  We forgot to mail them is one excuse I have heard and OH WE ARE SO SORRY voiced after receiving only one of the required parts that didnt get shipped on time.  All of this and my set still sets where I started to build it THREE WEEKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE ANS SERVICE!!!!!!
