I damaged one of the supports on a 90634 goal owned by my neighbor as I was plowing snow out of his drive.  I called to get a replacement part and the service agent (Alejandro) said he was going to send the parts for free!  I told him it was my fault but he chose to send it to me for free anyway!!!!  That's awesome customer service!!!!!!

Overall fairly easy to assemble with the exception of attaching the backboard to the pole. That took a little more time and maneuvering but finally got it connected.

Ease of assembly

Great beginner goal for the kids. Before my very two eyes I can see my boys transforming into Larry Bird 2.0. They still need to work on their trash talking abilities but that will come with time. You can’t go wrong with this goal.

We no longer needed to easily adjust the hoop height so we did not need a model with the lifting mechanism.  Although we can adjust with the telescoping feature if we want.

Exactly what we were looking for

Product came in perfect condition. Assembly was doable with one person. Hardest part to do alone was attaching the hoop and baseboard to the pole assembly. I still need dry sand to use as an anchor, but for now 3 concrete blocks suffice.

My nephews had outgrown their current basketball goal. Their mom said they were so excited to receive one that better matched their current size.

Got this for my son for his birthday. Absolutely phenomenal basketball hoop. He can't stop playing it.

Amazing

It took a mom and her ten years old son 3.5h to put the whole thing together. To my opinion, the instructions for the assemble is way too complicated, especially using three random alphabets for each piece, it took me a long time to figure out which piece it means. I will suggest it use one big alphabet and one number to name different pieces. Like A1, or B2, something like that. The YouTube video was helphul.

It sure seems like a sturdy basketball hoop. my daughter loves the adjustable height. i love that its made in America. Relatively easy to assemble.
