After a few over the range microwaves that don't move enough air, had poor vent and light placement this OTR microwave is excellent. Clean look, does get fingerprinted pretty quick but that's to be expected. The push out fan feature is excellent, you can see how effectively it pulls air when boiling water. And it's oh so quiet, can even leave it running on low while eating  and not be annoyed!

We found ourselves suddenly having to replace our microwave and bought this one.  We are very happy with it. It looks very nice as well and is easy to use.

Excellent Microwave

I purchased this microwave due to the extra vents. They are effective when cooking smells need removal however the normal 2 vents work well for normal need

Extra ventilation when needed

Looks awaesome and has useful features like sensor reheat and an easy to use defrost menu that actually defrosts without cooking the food. The exhaust fan can be extended for extra coverage of the cooktop below. Works well with an LG range - the range sends a signal when the cooktop turns on and it turns on the lights and exhaust fan.

Great microwave and exhaust fan

This replaced a very similar LG, also with ExtendaVent, which is fantastic. LG installers refused to install and returned it because "it won't fit". It is the exact same size as the old one. So I ordered again without installation and had it installed by a 3rd party. (They said the same thing with my LG fridge. I installed that myself). 
I only have 2 issues with this microwave: 1. It doesn't have +10 sec button. 2. You have to open and close the door before you can access any buttons. It should have a sensor that lights up the buttons when you tap the front.

I have had this microwave for 3 weeks and find it so much better than my previous microwave. The modern slike look of tge door is outstanding. It cooks rapidly and the reheat function is very good. It uses a senaor of steam to know when it shut off and does not cook the leftovers. The screen is easy to read and very easy to the touch to have it work.

Purchased 5 kitchen units November 25 , 2022 promised for January 11, 2023. Would not ship until all 5 were in and items on backorder changed. Finally received March 17. Problem was that on January 9th we were told to be ready for delivery on January 11th so we had old units removed. Without kitchen appliances for 3 months. Had 4 other reschedules.

Great product, lousey shipping policy

I like the sleek design and control panel being hidden. However, I hate when you have to press a few times to hit a "butt9n" in order for the panel to appear. It might be operator error. With having two kids I also didn't think about all the fingerprints so it's constantly being cleaned.

Sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about a month ago and I must say I'm more pleased with with every use. Yes its just a microwave but my old one was 9 years old and this has some really nice features. The LED stove top lighting is excellent, power rating is just right with all the smart settings and I love the smooth modern design (no handle). The exhaist fan moves a lot of air but it is a little noisy on highest setting, quieter than my old one though. I'm pleased with my purchase and would buy it again.

Outstanding!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased all appliances.  The dishwasher is wobbly. The stove top is nice but the knobs are shakey.  The microwave all ready fell apart and although after two tries we received the right part my husband is the one who had to take his time to fix it. We love the refrigerator.
