Korbel Brut California Champagne, 750 ml

It is no surprise that the California champagne production scene is highly regarded globally. Comparable to France, where the original region of Champagne exists, California Champagne Brut and other wines consistently place at the top of the most competitive wine tasting lists. The oceanic climate and premium grape harvests mean that Korbel® Brut California Champagne (750 ml) would be a delicious complement to your next meal or date night.
Why Is Korbel California Champagne so Highly Regarded?
Besides the beautiful nearby oceanic climate and clear air, the fertile soil in the Napa Valley region of California makes it suitable for grape harvests. Altogether, nearly half a million acres of land in the region are dedicated to wine production. The environment Korbel California Champagne Brut is raised in is highly competitive, ensuring that a premium product is delivered in each and every bottle.
Which Types of Food Complement Korbel Brut California Champagne?
Many people think that champagne is strictly used for celebrations, which is an important reason to pop open a bottle, but there's more to it. Food goes great with this premium California champagne, whether the menu is salty or sweet. Enjoy your favorite chocolate or caramel dessert with a chilled glass of Korbel Brut California Champagne. More popular items include cashews and walnuts, but be sure to include grapes for a great combination of tastes.
What Does This Champagne Taste Like?
Imagine indulging in a variety of flavors. You can expect to taste organic, California-grown grapes with a crisp finish. You'll also taste apple, white peach and pear. The medium-dry makes this champagne even more popular with your favorite cut of steak.

Flavor

I like this champagne a lot, so I named my favorite way to drink it, the "Pink Plumeria" - for fragrant Plumeria flowers, and the wonderful guava juice served in Hawaii. Fill a wine glass to about two-thirds full with Korbel champagne, and the rest with Kerns chilled Guava Nectar. Cheers!

I am using this in a recipe to make Alsatian choucroute. In this recipe, you mix sauerkraut with a dry riesling, chicken broth, a lot of different meats, onions and garlic, caraway seeds, and juniper berries. It slow cooks for nine hours. Yum! Even better, the cook gets to drink the rest of the wine. :) An AI program told me that this wine would be a good replacement for dry Alsatian riesling, which is not readily available aside from big liquor stores. If you need a dry wine, this is a good selection. Make sure to get the one that says brut rather than extra dry, as the latter is sweeter.

dry and crisp

I bought a few bottles for my family’s Christmas brunch and it went so fast, realized I should’ve bought a few more. I know for next time which is in 3 weeks. perfect amount of sweetness and dryness. I kind of like it by itself too.

Excellent for mimosas

Korbel brut

Im not a fan but I would like to try, It was OK for me👍🏼

Bubbles to CHEER !

Despite saying "Brut" on the bottle, this bubbly has sweetness to it. Brut is supposed to be the dryer than even extra dry...

No Brut.
