Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage Roll, 2 lbs.

Wake up to sunshine and sausage. Savor the down-home taste of fresh pork sausage with a special blend of seasonings. Keep a Jimmy Dean's pork sausage roll in the fridge for last-minute dinners or a quick breakfast.

About Jimmy Dean Sausage

Country singer and actor Jimmy Dean created his iconic sausage brand 50 years ago, after mulling the lack of quality he encountered in most sausage brands. Along with sausage, Jimmy loved mornings and focused on producing breakfast sausages made with high-quality meats and seasonings. Since then, Jimmy Dean products have been a staple in homes and stores across the nation.

Sausage Cheese Balls!
1lb. roll Jimmy Dean HOT sausage
1lb. shredded sharp cheddar, grated
2 c. Bisquick

Allow sausage and cheese to slowly come to room temperature (a very important step for cheese balls to turn out right).

Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, mix all ingredients together using your hands.
Roll into ab 1" balls.
Place on large ungreased cookie sheet 20-25 minutes.

Note: Line pan with parchment paper for quicker, easier clean-up.

Great for Sausage Cheese Balls (See included)

My family is very picky about the flavor of their sausage. The flavor is very savory and rich. I divide the roll up into multiple packages and freeze what I am not going to need at the moment. So easy to pull out and have ready the next time I cook this for breakfast.

Freezes great!

Flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seasoned every time, making breakfast quick and delicious. It pairs great with eggs, biscuits, or breakfast casseroles, and the quality is consistently good. A reliable go-to for an easy, satisfying meal Used it for sausage queso dip and it was killer!

Yummy for breakfast and dips!

Fantastic. And to easily turn into Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage:

For 1 lb (16 oz) Jimmy Dean Regular:
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika (optional, mostly for color and a little depth)
Mix it thoroughly into the raw sausage, let it sit 20–30 minutes if you can, then form your patties and cook.

I like Jimmy Dean Sausage. It is the same Jimmy Dean sausage you would get anywhere else a a competetive price.

Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage Roll

We use this for biscuits and gravy, chili, pasta. Good to cut up in portions and freeze for later use.

Easy to preserve and use later

Love the bigger packs to split and freeze. This sausage is so good in various foods I cook and can create some really good dishes with the great flavor it has.

Good Brand

Great deal on sausage at Sams Club! I love to keep this in my fridge and freezer at all times! I most often use it to make sausage balls! One tube makes an XL sheetpan full of sausage balls that we can make last for several days for a family of 4 for breakfast! Another favorite is sausage gravy with homemade biscuits. And no one ever complains about plain ole sausage patties served with pancakes or eggs and grits either! Jimmy Dean is a favorite of ours and I like saving a little money on this bulk deal! It freezes well and is so versatile!

A fridge and freezer staple item!

For many years, we owned & operated a meat locker in a small town in Nebraska making our own pork sausage. Jimmy Dean is the closest most perfect flavor of a pork sausage I have finally found a product that is betterI would recommend it for everybody's breakfast and there's nothing like sausage and biscuits.

Lean & tastey

influenster.com

The package was sticky, had to ask staff for hand cleaner. I wish they had an additional option for hot not just regular.

No heat

My last two purchases have tasted weird. There has been a significant amount of water in the pan and no fat. The meat does not crumble but, turns to mush. It has white bits throughtout it. The most recent purchase had to be thrown away because it smelled like rotten meat. Has Tyson changed the formula or put additives in it?

Why did they ruin Jimmy Dean sausage?
