Love buying these large boxes of corn muffin mix to make my sweet buttered cornbread for my family and friends.

What A Value

Jiffy corn muffin mix is easy to bake. We use a glass baking dish for extra think square pieces. Also, like adding green mild chile peppers, canned and drained to add more flavor.

I have ways bought the single box mix 
of this product. The price jumped drastically. So I bought Sams large box of Jiffy Mix and have made 4 batches of cornbread so far and have at least 2 to 3 batches left to be made from the box.

Very good corn bread. Not too sweet,just good corn bread like Mom made.

This is exactly the same mix as the small blue boxes, but is not an even multiple of the 8.5oz recipe. It does have clear directions for measuring out the mix and baking (even the entire box at once), but it makes little sense to have 40oz versus 34oz or 42.5oz. This is obviously a manufacturer-directed complaint, not for Sam's Club.

Where is the Krusteaz?  Krusteaz yields a superior cornbread compared to Jiffy.  Krusteaz also comes in Sweet Corn and Gluten Free options. It would be nice to see some Krusteaz varieties available for bulk purchases at Sam’s.  It’s available at Walmart…
